APPIANO GENTILE - The Nerazzurri continued their preparations for Thursday's cup final return leg against Roma with an afternoon session at Angelo Moratti Sports Centre.

After a warm-up and a quick training game Roberto Mancini's players continued in groups. Those who played against Siena at the weekend continued with an aerobic workout, whilst the others performed tactical exercises and played another practice match.

Esteban Cambiasso and Nicolas Burdisso trained with the squad after yesterday's workout with the Argentine national team in Madrid. Adriano and Juan Sebastian Veron also worked with their team-mates after missing the Siena clash.

Cristiano Zaneti and Alvaro Recoba both had therapy, whilst Cesar (muscle fatigue) did a light session.

MILAN - The Italian Football League's sporting judge has disqualified Nicolas Burdisso for one Serie A match following his sending-off against Siena. The Argentine defender, who has also been fined €1,000, will therefore sit out Sunday's Week 38 trip to Cagliari.
