            Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort

Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $901,000,000 advance acquisition contract for

long lead efforts and materials associated with the lot 1 low rate initial

production of five F-35A Joint Strike Fighter conventional take-off and

landing air systems for the Air Force.  Work will be performed Fort Worth,

Texas (60 percent); El Segundo, Calif. (25 percent); and Samlesbury, United

Kingdom (15 percent), and is expected to be completed in January 2010.

Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This

contract was not competitively procured.  The Naval Air Systems Command,

Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-06-C-0291).







            MILCOM Systems Corp. Virginia Beach, Va., was awarded April 27,

2006, an estimated $108,791,351 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity,

cost-plus-incentive-fee with an option for fixed-price orders, performance

based contract to provide sea enterprise C4ISR support services for

installation, material acquisition, system/equipment modification, test and

checkout, systems training and documentation preparation.  This contract

includes four 1-year options, which, if exercised, would bring the estimated

cumulative value of the contract to $577,588,058.  The work will be performed

in Norfolk, Va. (85 percent) and miscellaneous locations including:

public/private shipyards and numerous sites in the continental United States

and overseas (15 percent) and is expected to be completed by April 2007 (April

2011 with options).  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal

year.  The contract was a competitively procured under full and open

competition.  The request for proposal was posted on the SPAWAR Systems Center

E-Commerce website and two offers were received.  The Space and Naval Warfare

Systems Center, Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity

(N65236-05-D-8848).







            AMSEC, LLC, Virginia Beach, Va, was awarded April 27, 2006, an

estimated $58,928,649 indefinite- delivery/indefinite-quantity,

cost-plus-incentive-fee with an option for fixed price orders, performance

based contract to provide sea enterprise C4ISR support services for

installation, material acquisition, system/equipment modification, test and

checkout, systems training and documentation preparation.  This contract

includes four 1-year options, which, if exercised, would bring the estimated

cumulative value of the contract to $312,860,199.  The work will be performed

            Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Ft. Worth,

Texas, is being awarded a $52,400,000 ceiling-priced modification to a

previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract (N00019-02-C-3002) to exercise

an option to certify the small diameter bomb for the U. S. Air Force Joint

Strike Fighter conventional take off and landing (CTOL) aircraft and eliminate

the effort for wind corrected munitions dispenser and external fuel tanks.

Work will be performed in Ft. Worth, Texas (89 percent); El Segundo, Calif. (6

percent); Orlando, Fla. (3 percent); and Wharton, United Kingdom (2 percent),

and is expected to be completed in October 2013.  Contract funds will not

expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command,

Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.







            Raytheon Co., Portsmouth, R.I., is being awarded a $21,500,000

letter contract to procure MK 57 MOD 12/13 NATO SEASPARROW surface missile

system (NSSMS) ordnance alteration (ORDALT) kits, MK 73 solid state

transmitter ORDALT kits, MK 29 guided missile launcher system evolved

SEASPARROW missile (ESSM) ORDALT kits and related spares for Navy aircraft

carrier and amphibious assault ship installations.  These upgrades improve

capabilities on these ships allowing MK 57 NSSMS and ship self defense system

MK 2, to be fully integrated and capable of using ESSM.  Work will be

performed in Portsmouth, R.I. (60 percent); Long Island, N.Y. (20 percent);

Waterloo, Canada (20 percent), and is expected to be completed by June 2008.

Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This

contract was not competitively procured.  The Naval Sea Systems Command,

Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00024-06-C-5422).







            The Walsh Group, Chicago, Ill., is being awarded $18,137,000 for

firm-fixed price task order 0004 under previously awarded

indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award construction contract

(N62470-01-D-1138) for the design and construction of the consolidated reserve

center, Albany, N.Y.  This project shall provide the design and construction

of a new joint Armed Forces Reserve center to accommodate the necessary

training and support functions from three old deteriorated reserve centers for

the Navy, Marines and New York Air National Guard that will be closed.  The

project is located at the Schenectady County Airport.  Work will be performed

in Schenectady, N.Y., and is expected to be completed by January 2008.

Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The

basic contract was competitively procured with 116 proposals solicited, 10

offers received and award made on April 26, 2002.  The total contract amount

is not to exceed $150,000,000 annually (base year with four option years) with

a maximum of $750,000,000 worth of projects to be placed on all multiple

contracts over the 5-year term.  The multiple contractors (six in number) may

compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the existing

contract.  Two proposals were received for this task order.  The Naval

Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic, Public Works Department

Pennsylvania, Willow Grove, Pa., is the contracting activity.







            Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems, McKinney, Texas, is being

awarded a $15,990,000 firm-fixed-price, definite-delivery/definite-quantity

order (#0010) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement

(N00383-02-G-018A) to manufacture spares for the MH-60R helicopter

multispectral targeting system, AN/AAS-44(V)(C).  Work will be performed in

McKinney, Texas, and is expected to be completed by September 2007.  Contract

funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract

was not competitively procured.  The Naval Inventory Control Point is the

contracting activity.







            Airborne Tactical Advantage Co., Newport News, Va., is being

awarded a $10,610,276 modification to a previously awarded

indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00019-02-D-3158) to

exercise an option for airborne threat simulation capabilities to train

shipboard and aircraft squadron weapon systems operators and aircrew how to

counter potential enemy electronic warfare and electronic attack operations in

today's electronic combat environment.  Work will be performed in San Diego,

Calif. (45 percent); Norfolk, Va. (45 percent); and at various locations

across the United States (10 percent); and is expected to be completed in

April 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal

year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting

activity.







            Raytheon Co., Space and Airborne Systems, El Segundo, Calif., is

being awarded a $10,065,785 modification to a previously awarded

firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-03-C-0364) for nonrecurring engineering

efforts associated step one of an engineering change proposal for the advanced

targeting forward looking infrared pod data link.  Work will be performed in

El Segundo, Calif., and is expected to be completed in December 2006.

Contract funds in the amount of $8,904,123 will expire at the end of the

current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is

the contracting activity.







            Lakota Technical Solutions, Inc., Laurel, Md., is being awarded a

$9,995,986 cost-plus-fixed-fee, term and completion,

indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, phase III small business innovative

research contract, for development of open architecture compliant combat

system functionality software.  This contract will allow the contractor to

further the development of the sneak circuit identification process, a

methodology that can be applied during system development, to ensure product

will be free of sneak circuits.  Work will be performed in Laurel, Md., and is

expected to be completed by April 2011.  Contract funds will not expire at the

end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was not competitively procured.

  The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Va., is the

            Lockheed Martin Corp. Maritime Systems and Sensors, Manassas, Va.

is being awarded a $6,725,273 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the design and

development of the integrated common processor (ICP) system for maritime

surveillance systems. This contract includes options, which, if fully

exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to an estimated

$54.59M including ICP system hardware and software.  The work will be

performed in Manassas, Va., and is expected to be completed by October 2006

(December 2008 with options).  Contract funds will not expire at the end of

            DRS Surveillance Support Systems, Inc. Largo, Fla., is being

awarded a $6,484,863 firm-fixed-price modification under previously awarded

contract (N00024-03-C-4003) to exercise an option for production of 11

AN/SPS-67 V(5) back-fit kits.  The V(5) back-fit kits will provide DDG-51

class ships with increased capabilities and updated, commercial-off-the-shelf

radar technology.  The award of this modification greatly enhances the

functioning viability of the existing AN/SPS-67(V)3 Radar Systems installed on

DDG-51 Class Ships.  Work will be performed in Largo, Fla., and is expected to

be completed by June 2008.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the

current fiscal year.  The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the

contracting activity.







            Raytheon Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $6,027,183

ceiling-priced modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract

(N00019-04-C-0006) to exercise an option for the lot 6 production of 2 AIM-9X

tactical missiles for the government of Denmark; 23 captive air training

missiles for the Air Force; and 3 special air training missiles for the Air

Force.  In addition, this option provides for 13 containers for the Air Force

and 1 for the government of Denmark; spares for the Air Force (1) and the

government of Denmark (2); and 1 warhead for the government of Denmark.  Work

will be performed in Tucson, Ariz. (92 percent); Rocket Center, W.Va. (5

percent); and Andover, Mass. (3 percent), and is expected to be completed in

April 2008.  This contract combines purchases for the Air Force ($4,950,195;

82.1 percent) and the government of Denmark ($1,076,988; 17.9 percent) under

the Foreign Military Sales Act.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of

the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md.

is the contracting activity.







_AIR FORCE







            McDonnell Douglas Corp., Long Beach, Calif., is being awarded a

$54,800,000 firm fixed price contract modification.  This is a contract

modification to the C-17 Globemaster III sustainment partnership (GSP)

contract to incorporate and undefinitized contract action for large aircraft

infrared countermeasures small laser turret assembly installs and difference

engineering.  At this time, $27,400,000 has been obligated.  This work will be

complete by March 2008.  Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center,

Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity

(FA8614-04-C-2004/P00095).







            McDonnell Douglas Corp., Long Beach, Calif., is being awarded a

$49,660,639 time and material contract modification.  This is a modification

to the C-17 GSP contract to increase funding for FY04 material improvement

projects (MIPs) for the Air Force.  The MIP program was established on P00037

based on estimated performance requirements for non-recurring engineering and

retrofit.  This estimated annual program does not identify specific MIPs to be

performed, just general requirements.  The FY04 T & M ceiling amount for

contract line item 0014AA is increased by $49,660,639 for a total ceiling

amount of $152,045,666.  At this time, total funds have been obligated.  This

work will be complete December 2007.   Headquarters Aeronautical Systems

Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity

(FA8614-04-C-2004/P00105).







            Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Rolling Meadows, Ill., is being

awarded a $12,522,764 firm fixed price contract.  This action provides for

FY06 India Head of State program, in support of the Boeing 737 aircraft.  This

effort support foreign military sales to India.  At this time, $12,499,000 has

been obligated.  This work will be complete by May 2008.  Headquarters

Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the

contracting activity (FA8620-06-C-4017).







            Lockheed Martin Corp., Littleton, Colo., is being awarded a

$8,796,220 cost plus fixed fee contract.  This contract is associated with the

integrated sensor IS structure critical technology development program.  The

purpose of this effort is to perform preliminary design/analysis, development

and validation testing of a novel power system for a stratospheric airship.

Prototype testing will occur during the course of this effort and monthly

status and final technical reports will be delivered.  The contractor

performing this effort will cooperate with other contractor's in this program

in order to share information and improve the overall output of the program.

At this time, $3,300,000 has been obligated.  This work will be complete by

April 2008.  Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, N.Y., is the contracting

activity (FA8750-06-C-0046).







            Marvin Engineering Co., Inc., Inglewood, Calif., is being awarded

a $5,590,000 firm fixed price contract to provide for LAU-117 (V3) launchers

used with maverick missile.  This effort support foreign military sales to

Chile, Poland, Taiwan, and Oman.  At this time, total funds have been

obligated.  This work will be complete by June 2007.  Headquarters Ogden Air

Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity.

_MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY







            Raytheon Missile Systems, Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a

cost-plus-fixed-fee contract.  This competitive contract is to provide a

detailed assessment of the risk and expected performance associated with key

elements of the network centric airborne defense element.  The award value for

this effort is $6,674,243.  The period of performance is from April 2006 to

April 2007.  The principal place of performance will be at the Raytheon

Missile Systems, Tucson, Ariz.  Work will also be performed at Redmond, Wash.

Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The

_ARMY







            Bechtel National Inc., San Francisco, Calif., was awarded on April

25, 2006, a delivery order amount of $27,527,192 as part of a $315,599,217

cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for activities to facilitate future closure of

the Aberdeen Chemical Agent Disposal Facility.  Work will be performed at

Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., and is expected to be completed by April 30,

2006.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

This was a sole source contract initiated on June 24, 2005.  The Army Field

Support Command, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity

            The Boeing Co., Ridley Park, Pa., was awarded on April 20, 2006, a

delivery order amount of $19,999,966 as part of a $19,999,966

cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for CH-47 health monitor system technology field

support study and objective performance specification development.  Work will

be performed in Ridley Park, Pa., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30,

            Critical Solutions International Inc.*, Dallas, Texas, was awarded

on April 26, 2006, a $14,684,966 firm-fixed-price contract for interim vehicle

mounted mine detectors.  Work will be performed in Gauteng, South Africa, and

is expected to be completed by May 31, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire

at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract

initiated on March 9, 2006.  The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command,

Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-06-C-0306).







            ECI Construction Inc.*, Shawnee Mission, Kan., was awarded on

April 26, 2006, a $5,474,369 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a

Army Reserve Center.  Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Texas, and is

expected to be completed by Oct. 31, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at

the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids

solicited via the World Wide Web on Feb. 23, 2006, and six bids were received.

_DEFENSE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING SERVICE







            Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., was awarded a new blanket purchase

agreement (BPA) under contract (HQ-0423-06-A-0011) for contractor provided

program management, consulting, and agency support services to include

accounting, training, human resource services and Information Technology

services all in support of the Defense Finance and Service (DFAS) agency

transformation initiative.  The primary focus of the work to be performed is

master integration support for the Transformation Directorate at DFAS

Indianapolis, Ind.  The contractor's role will be to assist DFAS in planning

and executing agency efforts to accomplish its transformation.  The contractor

will also lead a team of vendors under the BPA through 21 contractor teaming

arrangements.  The services provided will be temporary support to closing DFAS

locations and are not anticipated to be required after agency transformation

is complete.  The estimated total value of this contract is $25,000,000.

Primary work will be performed at DFAS Indianapolis, Ind., and temporary

services provided to closing locations will be performed at the closing

locations.  Work will be performed 5 years from the date of the award, between

May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2011.  Funding will be provided through defense

working capital funds and BRAC funding.  The DFAS Contract Services

Directorate, Columbus, Ohio, is the contracting activity (HQ-0423-06-A-0011).







_AIR FORCE







            Fenwick Technologies, Morgantown, W. Va., is being awarded a

$7,050,000 cost plus fixed fee contract.  This contract is to conduct research

into data fusion and net-centric force protection capability, that is, how to

integrate base defense command and control systems and sensors into a single

function support system for the warfighter.  At this time $1,960,000 has been

obligated.  This work will be complete December 2008.   Headquarters 653rd

Electronic Systems Wing, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting

activity (FA8726-06-C-0006).







            Thales-Raytheon Systems, Fullerton, Calif., is being awarded a

$5,134,184 firm fixed price and cost plus fixed fee contract.  This contract

will provide sector/systems sustainment, engineering support, and materials to

support sustainment of the Battle Control System-fixed system, which provides

NORAD and PACOM commanders with a viable, interoperable, open architecture air

defense Command and Control (C2) platform in support of NORAD's Homeland

Defense.  At this time, total funds have been obligated.  This work will be

Integrated Learning program will develop computer software, called an

Integrated Learner, which learns general plans or processes from human users

by being shown one example.  Integrated Learners will accomplish this by

sources, including generating it by reasoning, in order to learn.

Applications include learning air-tasking-order planning or computer aided

design processes.  The Integrated Learning technology will enable low-cost

military decision/planning support systems.  At this time, $4,056,698 has been

obligated.  This work will be complete September 2010.  Air Force Research

Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity

            Coleman Construction/All Cities Enterprises, Teaming Partners, Ray

City, Ga., MAPCO, Inc., San Antonio, Texas is being awarded a $10,000,000

indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract.  This action provides for

simplified acquisition of base engineering requirements.  The acquisition is

for a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on real

property at Robins Air Force Base.  The contract maximum is $50,000,000

($10,000,000 per year for the base year and four option years.  Delivery

orders will range from $500 to $500,000).  The Air Force can issue delivery

orders totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above, although the actual

requirements may be less than the amount above.  At this time, $500,000 (each

power requirement of large aperture phased array platform; b) develop

low-cost, low-mass module packaging solution to reduce the overall system

_NAVY







            Marinette Marine Corp., Marinette, Wis., is being awarded

$125,968,000 to exercise an option under a previously awarded firm-fixed-price

contract (N00025-03-C-0002) for the manufacture of the improved Navy

lighterage system to be delivered at Naval Amphibious Construction Battalion

One, Coronado, Calif. and Naval Amphibious Construction Battalion Two, Little

Creek, Norfolk, Va., Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific and Blount

Island Command, Jacksonville, Fla.  The work to be performed consists of

manufacturing 300 powered and non-powered modules.  Contractor-approved

detailed design drawings will be utilized for full rate production.  After

exercise of this option, the total cumulative contract amount will be

$170,379,551.  This contract contains two additional 1-year option periods,

which if exercised, will bring the total contract value to $314,078,157.  Work

will be performed in Marinette, Wis., and the expected completion date is

December 2007.  The entire period of performance if all options are exercised

will be through October 2009.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of

the current fiscal year.  The basic contract was competitively procured via

the NAVFAC e-solicitation website with six proposals received and award made

on Aug. 12, 2003.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Headquarters,

Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.







            BAE Systems Spectral Solutions, LLC, Honolulu, Hawaii, is being

awarded a $5,998,252 ceiling-priced order against a previously awarded

indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00421-03-D-0025) to

leverage previous efforts that resulted in the electro-optic passive

anti-submarine warfare system (EPAS) 2005 demonstration unit.  This

modification includes the engineering and field testing of the first

demonstration unit built under the previous task order.  Work will be

performed in Honolulu, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed in May 2007.

Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The

Naval Warfare Center, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.











_ARMY







            AAI Corp., Hunt Valley, Md., was awarded on May 4, 2006, an

$87,154,533 firm-fixed-price contract for full rate production of the SHADOW

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle System and associated support equipment.  Work will be

performed in Hunt Valley, Md., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31,

2009.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

This was a sole source contract initiated on Jan. 11, 2006.  The Army Aviation

and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity

(W31P4Q-06-C-0292).







            AAI Corp., Hunt Valley, Md., was awarded on May 3, 2006, a

$65,556,046 firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for

performance based contractor logistics support for the SHADOW Unmanned Aerial

Vehicle System.  Work will be performed in Hunt Valley, Md., and is expected

to be completed by Oct. 31, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the end

of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on

March 7, 2006.  The Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala.,

is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-06-C-0256).







_AIR FORCE







            Analytic Services, Inc., Arlington, Va., and Anteon, Fairfax, Va.,

is being awarded a $20,000,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity

multiple award contract to provide for Non-personal advisory and assistance

services relating to Information Assurance (IA), commercial/government

off-the-shelf software project management support, policy Development and

resource analysis. At this time, $2,000 has been obligated.  This work will be

complete May 2011.  Headquarters Air Force District of Washington, Bolling Air

Force Base, D.C., is the contracting activity (FA7014-06-D-0011 (Anteon) and

FA7014-06-D-0012 (ANSER).











DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY







            American Apparel, Selma, Ala., is being awarded a maximum

$11,804,800 firm fixed price Army contract for men's all weather coats for

Marines.  There were nine proposals solicited and seven responded.  This is an

indefinite delivery type contract exercising option year four.  Contract funds

will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Date of performance

completion is May 9, 2007.  Contracting activity is Defense Supply Center

Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa (SP0100-02-D-0215).

_ARMY







            Stewart & Stevenson Tactical Vehicle Systems L.P., Sealy, Texas,

was awarded on May 8, 2006, a $295,959,383 modification to a firm-fixed-price

and cost-reimbursement contract for family of medium tactical trucks and

trailers.  Work will be performed in Sealy, Texas, and is expected to be

completed by Nov. 15, 2008.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the

current fiscal year.  There were two bids solicited on Aug. 15, 2003, and two

bids were received.  The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren,

Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-03-C-S023).







            Goodrich Pump and Engine Control System, West Hartford, Conn., was

awarded on May 5, 2006, a delivery order amount of $10,937,040 as part of a

$36,312,700 firm-fixed-price contract for digital electronic control units.

Work will be performed in West Hartford, Conn., and is expected to be

completed by May 31, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the

current fiscal year.  There were two bids solicited on Oct. 28, 2005, and one

bid was received.  The Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal,

Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-06-D-0152).







            Raytheon Co., Falls Church, Va., was awarded on May 8, 2006, a

$5,244,619 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the research and development of

military radios.  Work will be performed in Falls Church, Va., and is expected

to be completed by May 5, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of

the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids solicited via

the World Wide Web on April 5, 2005, and ten bids were received.  The Army

Communications-Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is the contracting

activity (W15P7T-06-C-R002).







DynPort Vaccine Co. L.L.C., Frederick, Md., was awarded on May 8, 2006, a

$5,000,000 increment as part of a $332,436,224 cost-plus-award-fee contract

for phase 2A clinical trials of the plague vaccine.  Work will be performed in

Fredericks, Md., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2008. Contract

funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were five

bids solicited on Jan. 31, 2006, and five bids were received.  The Army Space

and Missile Defense Command, Frederick, Md., is the contracting activity

(DAMD17-98-C-8024).







_AIR FORCE







            Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Rolling Meadows, Ill., is being

awarded a $49,500,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract.  The

contract will require delivery of large aircraft infrared countermeasure

(LAIRCM) system hardware, support equipment and services to include:  systems

engineering, program management, logistics, spares as well as installation,

installation support, and field service support for C-17 and C-130 aircraft.

The ID/IQ contract allows for the purchase of LAIRCM hardware for foreign

military sales and other government agencies as may be identified during the

contract performance period.  The ID/IQ also allows for the addition of

installation support for other platforms are required.  The Air Force can

issue delivery orders totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above,

although actual requirements may be less than the amount indicated above.  At

this time, $36,764,357 has been obligated.  Solicitation began 2 November 2005

and negotiations were complete May 2006.  This work will be complete December

2010.  Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force

Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8625-06-D-6453, Delivery Order

0001).



_NAVY







            Alutiiq Global Solutions, LLC, Hanahan, S.C., is being awarded a

$46,149,273 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity

completion contract for support services relative to electronic security

systems (ESS) in support of the Army National Guard (ARNG) overall security

program.  The contractor shall provide and manage personnel and equipment, to

include matrix support provided to the contractor by subcontractors or

consultants, to safeguard U.S. government and other resident property,

personnel, and information and to assure continuity of the ARNG work effort.

Work will be performed in Hanahan, S.C., and is expected to be completed by

May 2009.  Contract funds in the amount of $10,000, will expire at the end of

the current fiscal year.  The contract was not competitively procured.  The

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division, Indian Head, Md., is the

contracting activity (N00174-06-D-0026).







            ALION Science and Technology Corp., Chicago, Ill., is being

awarded a $13,718,888 cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order against a previously

awarded indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract (N61339-03-D-0300)

to provide modeling and simulation (M&S) services for joint experimentation.

Services to be provided include M&S technical direction, program management

analyses, system design and administration, programming, network engineering,

and operations for M&S initiatives.  Work will be performed in Norfolk, Va.

(85 percent) and Alexandria, Va. (15 percent), and is expected to be completed

in November 2007.  Contract funds in the amount of $87,043 will expire at the

end of the fiscal year.  The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems

Division, Orlando, Fla., is the contracting activity.







            Anteon Corp., Fairfax, Va., is being awarded an $11,533,385

indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee

pricing to support Navy research, development, testing, and evaluation for the

submarine communication information and C4I systems division.  This contract

is one of two contracts awarded; both awardees will compete for task orders

during the ordering period.  This 3-year contract includes two 1-year options,

which if exercised, would bring the potential, cumulative value of the

contract to $21,472,388.  Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is

expected to be completed May 2009.  Contract funds will not expire at the end

of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively procured via

publication on the Federal Business Opportunities website (solicitation

N66001-05-R-5017) and posting to the SPAWAR e-Commerce Central website, with

seven offers received.  The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego,

Calif., is the contracting activity (N66001-06-D-0091).







            L-3 Communications Titan Corp., (formerly Titan Corp., Engineering

Services Division), San Diego, Calif., is being awarded an $11,362,058

indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee

pricing to support Navy research, development, testing, and evaluation for the

Submarine Communication Information and C4I Systems Division. This contract is

one of two contracts awarded; both awardees will compete for task orders

during the ordering period.  This 3-year contract includes two 1-year options,

which if exercised, would bring the potential, cumulative value of the

contract to $21,165,279.  Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is

expected to be completed May 2009.  Contract funds will not expire at the end

of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively procured via

publication on the Federal Business Opportunities website (solicitation

N66001-05-R-5017) and posting to the SPAWAR e-Commerce Central website, with

seven offers were received.  The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San

Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N66001-06-D-0090).







            Advanced Acoustic Concepts, Inc., Hauppauge, N.Y., is receiving an

$11,267,352 modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-05-C-5486) for

three scaled improved performance sonar (SIPS) kits and engineering services

in support of the AN/SQQ-89(V) anti-submarine warfare (ASW) combat system.

Work will be performed in Hauppauge, N.Y. (60 percent) and Union Town, Pa. (40

percent), and is expected to be completed by March 2007.  Contract funds will

not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Sea Systems

Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.







_DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY







            Sysco of Seattle, Kent, Wash.,* is being awarded a maximum

$10,000,000 firm fixed price contract for full line food distributor for Navy

ships.  Proposals were Web-solicited and three responded.  This is an

indefinite delivery/quantity term extension contract exercising option year 3.

  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Date

of performance completion is May 10, 2007.  Contracting activity is Defense

Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), Philadelphia, Pa (SPM300-06-D-3053).







            DeRossi & Son Co., Vineland, N.J., * is being awarded a maximum

$6,419,280 firm fixed price contract for man's coat, poly/wool, serge for

Army.  There were four proposals solicited and two responded.  This is an

indefinite delivery/quantity type contract exercising option year 1.  Contract

funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Date of performance

completion is May 8, 2007.  Contracting activity is DSCP, Philadelphia, Pa

(SP0100-05-D-0449).







            New Maryland Clothing Manufacturing, Inc., Baltimore, Md., * is

being awarded a maximum $5,020,536 firm fixed price contract for man's and

woman's coat for Air Force.  There were four proposals solicited and three

responded.  This is an indefinite delivery/quantity type contract exercising

option year 1.  Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal

year.  Date of performance completion is May 11, 2007.  Contracting activity
