aue has 3 straight losses in their last 3 games away from home. These losses were against carl zeiss jena fc, augsburg fc and eintracht braunschweig tsv. From these 3 teams only augsburg has a better home record than paderborn.
paderborn is only 4 points above relegation zone and this is very dangerous because there are 4 more matches. The hosts must win their home games where they are strong because they have only 3 wins away from home.
aue is absolutely safe and has nothing to plya for. Motivation and better form shows paderborn will win this match.

amiens play host to guingamp in a match which will have repercussions at both the top and bottom of the table. A run of 2 successive defeats has rather halted amiens bid for promotion and they are now 6 points off the podium positions. Now with just 5 games remaining they realistically need to win at least 4 of them to have a chance to make it to ligue 1. Its absolutely essential that they end this losing streak against guingamp this week and i expect a positive performance. They played pretty well against metz in their last game and were perhaps unlucky to lose 0-2. This will be another tough encounter but they wont perhaps come up against as much quality. Amiens know that they have the potential to hit back but once a losing mentality comes into a team then they can lose confidence rapidly.

prior to the metz loss they had won 8 of their last 9 on home turf so the players know they have capabilities here. The squad should once again be in good condition and only minor injuries are on the treatment table. Amiens will probably line up in a 4-4-2 formation with heitzmann and buengo upfront looking for goals. They are favourites to win this game but come up against a team in good form so will have to be cautious. A lot will depend on how their mentality is and whether they have the strength to hit back after a couple of defeats. If they are to maintain any promotion hopes then its surely a must win.

guingamp come into this match having lost just 3 of their last 17 games. However, they are still only 2 points clear of the relegation zone. They should be able to survive though as they have some easier home fixtures left. This trip to amiens should be their last major test of the campaign and one which they are in danger of losing. But this is a team that plays with much confidence recently and will believe it can get a positive result in amiens. The aim will be to walk away with a point and this is a realistic target for les costamoricains.

again they look set to be without the attacking trio of suarez, meslin and riviere, although caggiano and eduardo have looked quite good in the last few games. The rest of the squad is in good condition and they have no major problems in either defence or midfield. Guingamp definitely have the capability to cause amiens some problems and cannot afford to be underestimated. They will probably line up in a 4-5-1 formation and could be hard to break down. However also they have possibilities on the counter attack. It is always dangerous to go against them and this match could be no exception.
