1. Ako te zanimaju detalji, na pochetku teme imash detaljan tekst o S-300 koji sam napisao.
2. Drugar mi je zaposlen u firmi koja ih je zastupala MAZ na tenderu za nabavku autobusa za GSB. Sa sobom je doneo reklamni video materijal ne samo za autobuse i trolejbuse nego i za program "namenske proizvodnje". SHTA TA CHUDA RADE !!! Kada ga gledash uopshte nemash osecaj da je u pitanju chudovishe od vozila nego kao da neko vozi "kamionche za selidbe".
3. Prochitaj tekst - kashce ti se samo chemu sluzi.
4. Pametni ljudi -DJAVOLA !!! Ono je bre sluchaj klinichke megalomanije  Smile Mada i sobzirom na centralizam koji je oduvek bio dominantan nachin vladavine Rusije/SSSR-a, i na to kakve i kolike zrtve su imali u ratovima proteklih 200 godina - nije da im chovek moze zameriti.

Voleo bih da vidim S-300 u odbrani Irana u slučaju " Milosrdnog Anđela 2 "

Hm, to bi zaista bilo zanimljivo za gledati (mada je realno to jako malo verovatan dogadjaj). Specijalno shto Iran vec ima funkcionalne sisteme TOR i Tunguska koje ne samo efikasno upotpunjuju S-300 nego ga izrazitno efikasno brane od protiv-radarskih raketa ili dugih vrsta direktnog napada stand-off sredstvima. Dodatni problem u tom scenariju je i to shto operateri iranske PVO imaju "neprijatnu osobinu" da su pripadnici revolucionarne garde chime (najblaze recheno) "nisu gadljivi" da poginu unishtavajuci neprijateljske vazduhoplove.
Medjutim to je teorija, u praksi je jako malo verovatna prodaja S-300 u bilo kojoj verziji Iranu. Debalans koji bi takav sistem uneo u odnos snaga u persiskom zalivu je zaista preveliki !!!

inace,@gslavic-znam,cuo sam da su ta MAZ cudovista  vrlo laka za voznju...i znam te njihove autobuse sto su prodali pirvatnicima-odlicni su(mada,ja preferiram Ikarbus...)
ali,oni monstrumi su neverovatni!

jel to oni beli gradski busevi sa ljubicastom malom reklamom za neku banku?i sve pise na ruskom unutra...perfektni su...jednom sam razgovarao sa vozacem..kaze da su pravljeni da se voze po neasfaltiranim putevima... Smile...ja sam vec od deke mraza trazio BTR-90 sa kupolom od BMP-3... Smile

MINSK, January 16 (RIA Novosti) - Belarus is looking to buy the advanced S-400 Triumf (SA-21 Growler) air defense system from Russia, the chairman of the Belarusian State Military-Industrial Committee said on Wednesday.

The S-400 Triumf is a new air defense missile system developed by the Almaz Central Design Bureau as an upgrade of the S-300 family.

Nikolai Azamatov said Russia could start exporting the S-400 in 2009 and that Almaz executives were ready for negotiations.

According to some sources, Belarus submitted last year a formal request for two S-400 battalions to be made available by 2010.

Almaz General Director Igor Ashurbeili previously said that production and the subsequent export of S-400s could start in 2009. Belarus currently has three S-300 complexes on combat duty.

However, Russia said last August that it would not export S-400 missiles in the foreseeable future.

"A decision to export such systems may only be made by the country's top leadership," a source in the military-industrial complex said, commenting on a recent statement by Belarus's defense minister on his country's intention to buy S-400 systems.

Russia has deployed an S-400 battalion to guard the airspace around the capital, Moscow.

The S-400 is designed to intercept and destroy airborne targets at a distance of up to 400 kilometers (250 miles), or twice the range of the U.S. MIM-104 Patriot, and 2.5 times that of the S-300PMU-2.

The system is believed to have high capability to destroy stealth aircraft, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles with an effective range of up to 3,500 kilometers (2,200 miles), and a speed of up to 4.8 kilometers (3 miles) per second.

A regular S-400 battalion comprises at least eight launchers and 32 missiles and a mobile command post, according to various sources.

Interesantna vest, a dodacu jos i to da se prica po netu kako Grci hoce da kupe isti ovaj sistem, tj. da je vec i narucen, s tim da se ponegde prica u "upgrade"-u postojeceg S-300 koji vec imaju.

1. Tunguska i S-300 josh tako-tako, ali Tunguska+TOR+S-300PMU1 - e od toga vec gace spadaju onome ko udari. Specijalno shto se delovi takvog sistema inherentno umrezavaju u jedinstvenu i homogenu celinu. Na ovaj nachin bi:
- S-300 dejstvovao na nosache stand-off sredstava, vrshio detekciju slabo radarski vidljivih ciljeva i koordinaciju podredjenih sistema,
- TOR: dejstvovao na sama sredstva u "marshevkom delu" putanje, na avione koji vrshe direktna dejstva (kao PVO sistem srednjeg dometa) i odbranu vitalnih objekata i mesta baziranja sopstvenih jedinica i sredstava PVO.
- Tunguska vrshila odbranu prethodnih sistema i jedinica spechavajuci eliminaciju istih metodom "brutalne sile" (lansiram ja 20-30 HARM-ova ili Tomahavka - neshto ce da prodje do radara)
2. Ekipa odavde je bila u MAZ-u kada se pregovaralo o tim busevima (BTW @Dead_Eye da, to su ti busevi, ali nisu bash "pravljeni" za neasfaltirane puteve, ali je ideja u dizajnu bila da nemaju uobichajene probleme koji se javljaju kod autobusa na neasfaltiranim putevima). Videcu da zamolim nasheg vozacha da mi detaljnije objasni zashto su se njemu toliko svideli. Naime momak je ishao u Minsk kao shefov vozach, a cale mu poseduje shpeditersku firmu, chime ima dozvole i vozio je "sve shto po putu i van njega ide". Ako se dobro secam komentar mu je bio da je manervabilnosti na nivou vozila najmanje upola manje tezine. Smile
3. Evo gabarita par gabarite:
MAZ-7917 ima preko 80 tona, a brzina mu je oko 40km/h po putu (inache je vozilo za lansiranje Topolj-M-a Smile);
MAZ-7910 ima preko 20 tona, a brzina mu je oko 60km/h po putu (standardno vozilo sistema S-300 od verzije S-300PMU);

Shto se Grka i njihovih nabavki S-300/OSA/Tunguska/TOR sistema tiche, evo jedne zanimljive prichice:

In the mid-1990s, Germany gave a gift to Greece, its NATO ally, of several battalions of Osa surface-to-air missile systems inherited from the East German army. The Greeks gracefully accepted the present and asked Russia to upgrade them. An improved version, the Osa-10M, had already been shown at several exhibitions. Antei did the job quickly and well. But while doing so it demonstrated to the Greeks another SAM, the Tor-M1, which was more effective and had a longer range. Yefremov offered the new model to the Greeks.

They were interested and started pestering Rosvooruzhenie with requests to hold talks and negotiate a price. In the meantime, Rosvooruzhenie was being shaken up. Its general director, Alexander Kotyolkin, was replaced by the board chairman of a bank close to some Kremlin people. A contract to sell Tors to the Greeks didn't interest him. The reason remains unclear to this day. Either the price was unsuitable - a mere $650 million, while the new management wanted only contracts worth billions (to prove the effectiveness of the new team), or something else, but the fact remains that none of the Rosvooruzhenie top brass went along with Yefremov's idea to earn several hundred million dollars for the country and Antei, and use the windfall to resuscitate the gasping defense sector, revamp it and launch new projects for the Russian army.

Yefremov, however, was supported by some former Rosvooruzhenie staff members, who had to look for other jobs as the new management came in. They joined Antei, whose designer general obtained a foreign trade license. It was they who conducted the necessary negotiations with the Greeks and drafted a very lucrative contract for Russia, which only needed to be signed.

When the Rosvooruzhenie management learned that the contract was ready for signature, its director general demanded that it be inked through an intermediary - Rosvooruzhenie. This meant Antei had to give 10% of the price to people who had never lifted a finger to promote the deal and to depend on them for delivering spare parts and performing upgrading work later. It was not fair. Yefremov put up a fight but to no avail. The general director had Kremlin backing and stood his ground. The future of the $500-million contract hung in the balance. Help came from an unexpected quarter.

Valentina Matviyenko, the Russian ambassador to Greece, gave a mighty push. She sent several letters to the Russian president and the prime minister, requesting that the contract be signed not by Rosvooruzhenie's director, but by the person who negotiated it -Antei's designer general. The fortress, however, continued to stand. All Kremlin decisions supporting Yefremov and Matviyenko's initiative were soft-pedaled by some minor officials, and Antei did not receive either a yes or a no.

Things changed when Yevgeny Primakov became prime minister and Lieutenant General Grigory Rapota, his colleague in the Foreign Intelligence Service, was put in charge of Rosvooruzhenie. Rapota, being a man of integrity, at once went over to Yefremov's side. He stopped some of the meddlesome executives of the state agency from claiming credit for the deal, although Rosvooruzhenie was to lose a sizeable sum, and its personnel some nice bonuses.

"Money belongs to those who earn it," Rapota said, drawing a line under the dispute of who was to sign the contract.

The agreement between Antei and the Greek government became the first one in Russian history concluded directly between a weapons developer and its foreign customer without any middleman. It brought the country $650 million, and was followed by further air-defense contracts between Russia and Greece.

Today Greece is the only NATO country to have its entire air defense - including the close-range Strela and Igla units, the short-range Osa-10Ms and Tor-M1s, and the medium-range S-300-PMU-1s - made up of the most reliable Russian anti-aircraft and anti-missile weapons. When the Americans try to persuade their North Atlantic partners that European-theater air defenses can only be supplied by Raytheon, Athens, with its Russian SAM systems, serves as a very weighty argument against the overseas monopoly in the Old World.

Najveci shok, Grci su priredili za vreme olipijskih igara kada su glatko odbili ponudu SAD-a da patriot bude "zvanichni zashtitnik neba olimpijskih igara"  Smile
Umesto toga prebacili su S-300 sa Krita u okolinu Atine i naruchili josh jedan bataljom TOR-1M od Rusa (samo da se nadje !!!) Smile Smile Smile


Pored toga, Grci ne moraju da "kupuju ceo" S-400 poshto najbitnije komponente vec poseduju. Dovoljno ima je da izvrshe poboljshanje softvera na radarime, eventualno dokupe nekoliko lansera raketa povecanog dometa, i manje vishe to je to !!! Jedna od najbitnijih karakteristika S-400 je da mi je ime S-400 samo propagandni trik. Po svim racionalnim parametrima radi se o S-300PMU4, tj. samo i jedino o upgrade-u vec proverenog i odlichnog koncepta.
