2G i moze da se promeni, 3G i 3GS dosta teze...

2G se menja ceo ekran sa staklom a 3G i 3GS samo staklo koliko ja znam?

Imam iPhone3G. Razmisljam da predjem sa 2.2 firmware-a na 3.1.2.

Gledao sam klip na youtube-u o blackra1n-u i vidim da spominju da je "tethered jailbreak"
tj. da svaki put kad restartujem telefon moram opet da radim blackra1n ponovo.

Postoji li neko trajno resenje ili?

Kako je sa ranijim verzijama 3.0? Ima li razlike izmedju 3.0 i 3.1.2? Vredi li prelaska?

Ako ti imas toliko star firmware sigurno je da ti telefon nije proizveden posle oktobra prosle godine
Ja mislim da ti mozes bez problema da odradis jailbrake i da uzivas.

Will Apple's A4 iPad 1GHz chip be used for the iPhone?




The Apple A4 1GHz processor that is powering up the iPad was the subject of some positive comments by those who were able to get a hands-on view of the tablet. Adjectives like "zippy", "fast" and "snappy" were mentioned in most reviews about the iPad and part of the reason for the speed was the Apple A4 which was produced in-house by the Cupertino based company. The 1GHz speed matches the speed of Qualcomm's Snapdragon which is currently the fastest processor used on cellphones like the Nexus One and the HTC HD2. Apple's A4 chip also provides 720p video playback and allows for 10 hours of battery life on an active day.

Since the Apple A4 was designed for mobile devices, and with the similarities between the iPad and the iPhone, it wouldn't be a stretch to imagine the 1GHz chip powering a faster generation of Apple's touchscreen phone. Nathan Brookwood, an analyst at Insight 64 says, "There's really no reason why a chip with this kind of characteristic wouldn't make it in the iPhone." Apple could even underclock the A4 in a new generation of iPhone which would allow for greater battery life. Currently, the iPhone 3GS uses an Arm based system on a chip produced by Samsung clocked at 600MHz.

Apple today released iPhone OS 3.1.3 for all iPhone and iPod touch models, addressing several specific bugs as well as offering fixes for a handful of security issues.

This update for the iPhone and iPod touch contains bug fixes and improvements, including the following:

- Improves accuracy of reported battery level on iPhone 3GS
- Resolves issue where third-party apps would not launch in some instances
- Fixes bug that may cause an app to crash when using the Japanese Kana keyboard

Buried way inside the platform simulator lies a set of folders dedicated to specific models of iPhone OS-ready devices, including the iPhone 3GS, second generation iPod touch, something called the "K48" (yep, the codename we were told was the internal name for the iPad), and... the "N89." Sure, it sounds like a Nokia phone just waiting to happen, but this is -- according to our extremely knowledgeable and trusted sources -- likely the codename of the next iPhone (previous versions were called the M68, N82, and N88). We can't take too much away from this beyond the fact that the model exists, though we're certain that with a little more digging, some detail is sure to rear its head (attention hive-mind). Interestingly, Apple's just released firmware (3.1.3) also includes another new model, the "N80," which we're told will most likely be the next version of the iPod touch.
