PocketShield is an intelligent screen locker.
Prevents accidental touch on the phone screen specially when it is turned on not precisely by you. For example: when receiving calls, email notifications, SMS, alarms, battery alerts, reminders, etc. As you may have experienced, PocketPCs “wake up” whenever any of these events occur, they will also wake up when batteries are low, and randomly when phone signal changes antenna depending on your location. But the problem is: what if the phone is inside your pocket in that moment? or inside its case or pouch? Touch screens will take any touch over it as a user input, and arbitrary “touching” could cause many undesired results!

“But Windows Mobile has a built in screen locker!” 

Yes, Windows Mobile locks the screen, but unlocks the Answer and Ignore buttons as soon as a call rings, so doesn't help. 

The same happens when any notification pops up, the Snooze and Dismiss buttons are enabled even when screen is locked, leaving them vulnerable to any accidental touch. 

Now I see…  So, how it works? 
PocketShield completely locks the screen when phone wakes up and is inside your pocket or case, and unlocks it automatically as soon as you take it off. Magic? Now a days, most phones come with an integrated light sensor, PocketShield uses this sensor to determine if the phone is inside something(without light reaching it). So if it’s receiving light it is probably because you have it in your hand, or you have it over your desk, or someplace where there would be no reason to have it locked. [more...]

Interesting… But what if it’s dark or at night? 
Good question!    If that’s the case, you still have 5+ extra unlock options: 

Hand gesture, moving it in a particular way (G - sensor enabled devices  )
Slide your finger over the screen from the top towards down.
Stylus out.
Press D-pad round button (HD    )
Application permissions

You can combine any of the 5 unlocking mechanisms, as they are designed to work together.  :DChoose the configuration that suits you better!
So, during day, unlocking is going to be 100% automatic, no need to worry. Only at night (or when no light) you would need an alternative way to unlock.

Is this a battery killer app?
Not at all!  Tests performed didn't throw any additional(nor noticeable) battery drain. When device is in unlocked state, PocketShield enters sleep mode so no extra battery is consumed (as well as when device is in standby/Off). Instead, it will help you avoid battery drain when turned on unintentionally, thanks to the auto power off mechanism it incorporates.

RAM footprint?
The activated version with no theme uses a range of 1.6Mb -1.8Mb of RAM. Not actually all because of itself, all .Net Framework based applications use a bit of extra memory to load some system libraries for quicker access and performance. To have a reference, the standard HTC Calculator which is a very simple application uses 1.3Mb. HTC Diamond has 196Mb RAM and TouchPro has 288Mb, that is 0.85% and 0.6% of used memory, in both cases less than 1%.

Zensor 2 – a new twist on screen rotation 

Zensor 2 is an application for automatically rotating your screen using GSensor.

Unlike most other applications, Zensor is written to only detect firm moves, skipping moves done by your mobile moving in your pocket or when walking.

Uputstvo   
In order to change orientation, first make sure you keep your HTC phone in a horizontal position (face up) and firmly move it to either landscape or portrait mode, to force a change.

In order to make Zensor learn a new application (and whether to rotate it or not), simply move the device firmly from a face up position to an upside down position.

This application is only designed to work with HTC devices with accelerometers.

Resco Tech Ed 2008 Survey

is considered a pioneering business application. The nature of the survey is the same as with any conventional survey – questions with multiple-choice answers. However, the way in which the answers are selected is significantly different. When completing a conventional survey on a mobile device you can either use a stylus (mobile devices equipped with touch screen functionality) or a keyboard. Filling in a survey with G-sensor technology support ads a game-like dimension to business applications.

Most current applications supporting the G-sensor technology have one thing in common – the “fun and gamesomeness”. We at Resco are convinced that this playfulness could be used in business solutions too. It has enormous potential to serve as substitute control interface in mobile devices.

The Resco Tech Ed 2008 Survey works as a simplified labyrinth game. Moving a little ball through corridors just by tilting the device back and forth allows the user to select the right answer easily. Such an application could well be used by in-field business representatives.

The Tech Ed 2008 Survey was first showcased at the Microsoft Tech Ed 2008 EMEA for Developers in Barcelona in November 2008. Resco representatives observed enormous interest in this application.

The whole application was created in the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and is optimized for .NET CF 3.5 utilizing the Resco AdvancedList for .NET CF control which is part of a powerful suite of controls and libraries designed specifically for mobile devices called Resco MobileFormsToolkit. As the support for G-sensor technology is already embedded into the AdvancedList control, all the developer has to do in order to implement this feature in his/her solution, is a simple property setup in Visual Studio Designer.

Introduction
Welcome to Caxixi! Using the Caxixi application, you can play custom percussion instruments with your Samsung Windows Mobile phone. You can practice on your own, or record your own songs and drum loops that you can share with others.

What is a Drum Circle?
A drum circle is a group of people playing percussion instruments together. But instead of performing a set piece of music like an orchestra, playing in a drum circle involves sharing and extending a common rhythm. Drummers of all types and skill sets (from beginners to experts) gather together to improvise and collaborate collectively as one voice.
Drum circles are a great method of synchronizing a group of people with the power of musical rhythm. When you play a common rhythm with others, it not only entertains, but attunes you with the other members of the circle. There have historically been several uses of drum circles by various groups:
People of various faiths celebrate the solstice by forming drum circles and drumming on the longest or shortest day of the year.
Native American shamans facilitate drum circles as a method of communication with the spirit world.
Corporations sometimes use drum circles as a method of team building, to bond together members of an organization.
Drum circles are used as a meditation tool to promote health and wellness.
Groups often form at public parks or other meeting places for general recreation.
Drum circles can be casual groups with no moderator. They can also be led by a facilitator, who coordinates the group, encouraging the players and helping to focus and guide the rhythms.

What is Caxixi?
Caxixi (pronounced ca-shi-shi) is an application written for Samsung Windows Mobile phones such as the Omnia. It plays the sounds of a variety of percussion instruments. The sounds are triggered by shaking the phone using a variety of gestures. But Caxixi is more than just a solo instrument. It also includes a studio, which you can use to arrange backing tracks, record your playing, and mix them together into your own songs. The studio enables you to save recordings and send them to others, and even export them as WAV files to use for ringtones. The Caxixi application is named after the African percussion instrument made of a woven basket filled with dried seeds or small pebbles, and closed with a drum head. Brazilian natives believe the Caxixi can be used to summon good spirits and ward off evil ones.

Malo sam vise citao i ispade da ovaj G-pad nije nimalo naivan. Okacicu ovde konfiguracioni fajl koji samo treba prekopirati/zameniti sa postojecim - i igre su podesene da rade s g-sensorom 
Ovome ce se radovati Vicika jer videh da je predstavio igru Xtrakt (super izgleda na HD-u) i nije mogao da je igra sa g-sensorom.
Stoga evo ga ovaj konfiguracioni fajl i spisak igara koje mozete igrati sa ovom konfiguracijom.
