Iz Electronic Artsa stiže nam takođe jedan patch a on je vezan za FIFA Manager 08 igru. Preuzimanjem ovog patcha dobijamo vest da je posle implementacije ovog updatea moguće nastaviti sa prethodno zapamćenim pozicijama, dok to jedino ne važi za CaC Italiju [sic] kao ni za Austriju [sic]. Quake - Super Duper Quake Mod v1.41a

Super Duper Quake je u suštini kompilacija oružija za legendarni naslov Quake 1. Ja sam iskreno ljubitelj starijih naslova, poput Quake 1, Quake 2, Doom 1, Doom 2 i drugih, i sa tim podržavam ovakve projekte. Pored dodatka par novih oružija tu su i pojedine duhovite sitnice iz Simpsonovih, novi skinovi, 3 deathmatch moda (od kojih je jedan Lightsaber okršaj). Ovaj mod takođe dozvoljava igranje sa kompijuterski vođenim karikaturama na deathmatch mapama, uključujući i Frikbot koji dolazi do izdražaja tek u co-op modu. Ako ima onih kojima su dosadili novi naslovi, napumpane teksture, previše inteligentni protivnici i želeli bi da se malo prisete legendi kao što su Quake 1 naslov, ja predlažem da posete ovu adresu gde mogu preuzeti ovaj novi mod (35Mb).

Izašao Mod Kit za World in Conflict

Na netu se pojavio Mod Kit za World in Conflict, alat koji omogućuje kreiranje modova za ovu strategiju u realnom vremenu. Mod Kit zahteva 1.003 verziju igre i WicEd v1.0.0.1 (WicEd + Hot fix). Sam Mod Kit teži 35mb, dok paket koji sadrži Mod Kit i Tutorial Mapu teži 469 mb. Šta čekate, bacite se na modovanje.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 v1.2 patch

Konami ne prestaje da nas iznenadjuje. Iako pre PES-a 2008 nisu izdali ni jedan zvanični patch za bilo koju verziju PES-a, sada vam predstavljamo drugi po redu patch za 2008-cu, koji verziju igre podiže na 1.20. Ispravke se odnose na online igranje, pa bi po rečima ljudi iz Konamija lag koji se pojavljivao pri online igranju trebalo da bude potpuno uklonjen. Takodje je i ispravljen bug koji je onemogućavao da igra prepozna količinu VRAM-a na Visti. Patch možete skinuti ovde.

Pirates of the Burning Sea kreće sa beta testiranjem

Sony Online Entertainment je najavio da je MMORPG smešten u XVIII vek spreman za beta testiranje, koje će biti otvoreno za sve zainteresovane i počeće u petak, 7. decembra. Igrači će, naravno, biti u prilici da uskoče u čizme okorelih gusara i zaplove Karipskim morem. Ono što ovaj naslov izdvaja u moru sličnih jeste da će kontrole biti mnogo manje automatske, što znači da će i manje iskusni igrači imati šanse. WHAT: Pirates of the Burning Sea, the MMORPG featuring action and adventure on the high seas, is scheduled to begin its worldwide open beta on Friday, December 7th allowing naval captains, freetraders, privateers, and pirates alike to experience first-hand this highly-anticipated online game.

The retail pre-order for European players is scheduled to start December 12th. Customers who pre-order will receive:
• An invitation to the “Pre-Boarding Party” allowing them access to the live game up to 15 days prior to launch, and the ability to keep their characters, skills and equipment after launch with purchase of game and paid subscription (characters will have a level cap of 20 during this time)
• Captain’s Best Friend – a blue and yellow parrot
• Mighty Blades - Swedish Rapier, Old World Steel or Musketeer’s Matching Blades (depending upon which fighting style is selected)
• Original Game Soundtrack CD – 60 minutes of pirate themed music (comes in pre-order box)

GameTap smršava

Servis za digitalnu distribuciju igara GameTap ovih dana će smanjiti ponudu za čitavih 70 igara. Radi se o tome da izdavačima Electronic Arts, Interplay, Atari i drugima ističe ugovor, te će se njihove igre povući iz njihovog sistema. Čelnici kompanije su objasnili da se nijedna igra ne nalazi u bazi zauvek, već na određeni vremenski period posle čega se ugovor može, a ne mora produžiti. Takođe, uveravaju nas da se radi o poslovnoj, a ne o marketinškoj odluci i da će gubici biti na minimalnom nivou.

INSTALLATION
------------

Download and run OverlordPatch1.4.exe, then follow the onscreen instructions.

N.B. This patch can be applied to both the retail PC version of Overlord and to versions of the game which have been patched to 1.2.
PC Patch 1.4 can also be applied to Overlord Raising Hell.
Overlord Raising Hell can be patched directly to 1.4 without needing to patch to 1.2
Patching Overlord Raising Hell to 1.2 prior to patching with 1.4 is unnecessary.

The patch may prompt players to locate the Overlord Installation folder. This will happen if it cannot find the Overlord registry key, which can be caused if you uninstalled the demo after installing the main game.


GAME FEATURES
-------------

OVERLORD PC Patch 1.4 contains game features in addition to those present in OVERLORD I. Here is a basic summary of those features:

* Split Screen
Select the Split Screen option on the Main Menu to start a Split Screen match. You can choose from any of the Slaughter, Pillage and Co-op Survival maps and change Time and Score limit for each. Maps include a new free Survival map called Rocky Race.
You must have a second input device to play a Split Screen match. Player 1 will use Keyboard and Mouse and Player 2 will use a Gamepad.
Use the “Config” tool to change key and button settings.

* amBX™
OVERLORD PC Patch 1.4 is designed to support the amBX™ PC gaming peripheral. To ensure it is set up correctly:
- Run Start Menu -> Programs -> Codemasters -> Overlord -> Config
- Select the Video tab
- Select “amBX”
- Click “Save & Play”

VERSION 1.4

* Quitting and saving at the start of the Jewel Tower cutscene no longer results in the “Speak to Jewel” Quest remaining incomplete. Existing Save Games affected by this issue will also be fixed, if the following steps are taken:
1. Leave the Tower using the Tower Heart Portal.
2. Visit any domain.
3. Return to the Tower using any Waypoint Gate /Save Stone.
4. The Jewel cutscene will play on returning to the Tower. Jewel will be present in the Tower and the “Speak to Jewel” quest completes.

* Patch enables players with the Overlord Raising Hell boxset to play Online/LAN matches with Overlord players (who have also patched to 1.4).

* A number of additional minor / rare issues resolved

* All 1.2 fixes


VERSION 1.2

* Version number reported on Title Screen.

* Invert Y-axis Mouse option added in Game Options menu.

* 30FPS cap has been removed. The game can now run at higher frame rates if your video card supports it.

* Refresh rate is set by default to the lowest available within the Configuration Tool.

* Potential desync in Multiplayer resolved. This could occur in Co-op Survival / Versus matches when Tower Objects were collected. Only affects games containing a machine with an Athlon 64 processor.

* Minions can now cross the entire length of a bridge in the Ruborian Desert while carrying a health upgrade back to a Tower Gate.

* Fixed an exploit which allowed players to forge/upgrade equipment without losing any minions.

* Melvin will now never reappear in the Halfling Party Area after he has been killed. Existing Save Games affected by this issue will also be fixed.

* The ‘Kill Kahn’ quest will now always show as completed when Khan is defeated. Existing Save Games affected by this issue will also be fixed.

* A number of additional minor / rare issues resolved

* All 1.1 fixes


VERSION 1.1:

* Spokes will always be retrievable and usable in Dwarven Brewery. Existing Save Games affected by this issue will also be fixed.

* Updated the uninstall script to less aggressively delete files in the installation directory, thereby preventing potential & unintended loss of data.

Shadowgrounds Survivor stigao

Spin-off igre Shadowgrounds, Shadowgrounds Survivor je stigao. Igra prati troje preživelih koji se pridružuju pokretu otpora u borbi protiv invazionih snaga vanzemaljaca. Kao što smo napomenuli, igru će karakterisati tri igriva lika, RPG sistem unapređivanja oružja i likova, kao i survival mod u kom će se igrač boriti protiv stalno-nadirajućih hordi neprijatelja. Lumines od sada i za PC

Jedna od najpopularnijih igara za prenosnu konzolu Playstation Portable, logička igra Lumines od sada je dostupna i za korisničke kućnih računara. Razvijen od strane Q Entertainmenta, igra je zabeležila planetarni uspeh iako se radi o jednostavnoj igri nalik Tetrisu. Istina, besplatno igranje je omogućeno pomoću reklama koje se nalaze u igri, ali ako je do sada niste probali, sad je definitivno vreme da ispravite tu grešku tako što ćete posetiti ovu lokaciju (121 MB).
