EA poklanja The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection!

EA je odlučila da prekine podršku za Sims 2, igru koja se pojavila 2004 i uvela Simse u svijet 3D grafike.

Drugog septembra na svjetlo dana izaći će Sims 4.

U to ime EA je odlučila da objavi i besplatno svima koji to žele, to znači i nama piratima, podjeli Sims 2 Ultimate Collection - kolekciju koja pored osnovne, sadrži i sve SP i EP!

Ovo bi trebalo da umilostivi gnjevne fanove koji preko raznoraznih peticija pokušavaju da:
- odlože izlazak igre dok se greške ne ispeglaju
- zahtjevaju vraćanje bazena i toodlera
- i moj omiljeni zahtjev


Vjerovatno se ovako nešto ne dešava često. Fanovi ističu da je ok da Simsi ostanu ovakvi kavi su, ali da su fanovi u medjuvremenu porasli i žele novu, svježu M ocjenjenu simulaciju života, ne toliko sa dodatkom rizičnog sexa ili nasilja koliko sa ozbiljnijim pristupom igri i samoj kompleksnosti igre, grafiku da i ne pominjemo.

Simsi 2 su mnogo sličniji Simsima 4 po načinu igranja - zatvoren komšiluk, nema progresije, nema starenja ostatka komšiluka nego što su to Simsi 4, tako da bi trebalo da posluže kao način da se novi i stari igrači uvedu u tu četvrtu priču.
Da li će im ovo uspjeti ili će ovo samo još više razjariti fanove podsjećanjem na to šta je sve izgubljeno ostaje da se vidi.

Game Cheats

• The Cheat Console can be brought up by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+C. Input the following text into the text input field that appears at the top of the screen.
 

Help – Lists all available commands into the command console.
resetSim {FirstName} {LastName} – Resets the Sim.
fullscreen – toggles full screen on or off.
headlineeffects{on/off} – Hides all headline effects including plumbobs, thought balloons, etc.
Death.toggle – Disables Death so that Sims don’t die.
FreeRealEstate {on/off} – Can be entered at neighborhood/world. If on, all homes are free.
motherlode – Provides 50,000 Simoleons
kaching – Provides 1000 Simoleons
rosebud – Provides 1000 Simoleons
Pressing Shift + ] – Increases the size of objects
 

testingcheats {true/false} – Enables use of further cheats
Entering “testingcheats true”, then entering “cas.fulleditmode” allows all CAS abilities.
Interaction Cheats are available by Shift + Clicking on objects and Sims once the player types in “testingcheats true” in the command console.

Nakon što su izbacili toodlere, bebe su učinili objektima - beba je u koljevci / ležaljci / kadici - i sve interakcije idu preko nje. Nahrani, presvuci, uspavaj... - sims 1 ukratko

To je otprilike moto novih Simsa 4 - oglodavanje do čistih kostiju igre da bi se vidjelo da li i dalje može biti profitabilna.

U nastavku će biti lista od 55 stvari koji su izbačene iz nove igre a nalazile su se u osnovnoj igri Simsa 1 ili 2 ili 3.

Ali to je sporedno. Glavna tema su tri nove smrti od emocija:

- smrt od pretjeranog smjeha

- smrt od pretjerane ljutnje i

- smrt od stida

Iako rijetke ove smrti su sada moguće. Igrači Simsa su jedna perverzna gomila koja uvijek traži novi način da svojim junacima dodje glave, ali ova posljednja, novo uvedena izazvala je poprilično kontraverzi.
Naime sada je moguće zlostavljati nekog dok ovaj bukvalno ne umre od stida.

E sad zamislite da imate tinejdžera kome se na kosti navale neki klinci iz komšiliuka i koji ga zajebavaju do smrti. E pa to je ono što nude novi Simsi.
Zvuči kao život? Vrlo.
E sad, da budemo pošteni, nema potvrde da tinejdžeri mogu da umru od ovoga, ali odrasli Simsi mogu.

Promovisanje zlostavljanja i zajebavanja kao životnog stila - nema puno velikih kompanija koje bi se usudile da urade nešto slično, ali evo EA pokušava. Vidjećemo kao će odreagovati raznorazna udruženja roditelja po USA i EU.

Koliko dobro ide prodaja igre vidi se i po tome što se u Kanadi već nudi popust od nevjerovatnih 30 US $ ako sad poručite.

MAJOR CONFIRMED MISSING: (All were in base versions of Sims 3)


No create a style (CAST) - NOT technically possible in future expansion
No modifications to public space - The park in the demo is a mix of a community lot and public space.
No "normal" careers - Law enforcement, Medical, Business, Education, etc. were removed
NO OPEN WORLD - You can't just walk from house to house without loading screen...
No pools
No terrain tools other than paint - REALLY !?!?!
No toddlers
No story progression - Aside from Sim's aging its out!

MAJOR CONFIRMED CRIPPLED/LAME: (All were in base versions of Sims 3)

All buildings on a lot must either have/have not a foundation. No mixing for sheds, garages, etc.
Babies are mere objects - ***ALL INTERACTION IS THROUGH THE BASINET***
Completely FLAT building lots - That's right we've gone back to living in a flat world!
Fewer floors/levels
SIGNIFICANTLY smaller "worlds" of <25 lots compared to 125+ lots
Smaller lots - Lots are limited to 50x50 instead of 64x64.
Loading screens for individual lots
Teens are same height as adults and they along with elders all look nearly identical.

ALL OTHER CONFIRMED MISSING: (Were in base versions of Sims 1, Sims 2, or Sims 3)

No ability to place lots using the world editor
No aliens
No basements - Initially not part of Sims 3 base, patched in later release and now considered base feature
No cars (including as décor in home)

No party invitations from other Sims (ok this may be a duplicate as it is apparently part of Story Progression)
No pool tables (in Sims 1 & 2)
No private schools (or even on screen schools for that matter)

No swimming / swimwear - Including lakes, fountains, etc.
No tragic clown or social bunny
No trash compactors
No way to watch the sim commute to work/school
No website for browsing exchange or store (its in-game only)
No zodiac signs

ALL OTHER THAT IS CONFIRMED LAME:
 
32-bit executable - Intel has not sold mainstream consumer PC 32-bit processors in like 7+ years and it should have been 64-bit (to address more RAM which is very important to this game)
Fewer "actual" traits (new traits = rewards in Sims 3)
Fewer user selectable traits per Sim within CAS (additional ones assigned during gameplay)
Incompatible simpoint currency - DON'T BUY BUNDLES IF YOU PLAN TO USE THEM ON SIMS 4

MOST LIKELY TRUE (but not confirmed):
No bikes
No create a world
No swings
Premium Membership REQUIRED to get certain sets on release day or at all

CONTESTED FACTS (responses vary):
No attraction system
No grim reaper
No MAC version - Answer changed from "after PC release" to "no comment" which has 100% of the time ultimately meant "no".
