The frame isn rigid so I say its max weight is probably around 20 lbs. But that a lot to carry for a day hike. It not adjustable and I think the torso range is between 15 and 19 inches and that feels about right. The biggest issue here isn skill or availability of game or wild edibles, but simply time. Even the most proficient hunters, trappers, or foragers can ply their craft AND knock out big mile walking days at the same time. No matter how good you are at skinning and cooking a rabbit, it can be done while keeping a 3mph pace like eating a power bar can.. bobby backpack For anti theft travel backpack comfort, every pack carrying a sizeable load needs a "frame" to transfer weight away from the shoulders and to prevent objects from poking the person back. I think the original idea of an UL frameless pack was that people were already carrying a foam sleeping pad (in either rolled or folded style), and that a foam sleeping pad provided rigidity/support to the pack so a frame was unnecessary dead weight. Inflatable pads got lighter and more robust over time, and they had always been much more comfortable than foam pads so they became fairly mainstream in UL backpacking.bobby travel backpack anti theft USB charging backpack Really Have you gotten a I have an old version of something similar to this. Those have worked well for me, they basically have a built in bra with hook and eye closure. No extra bra anti theft travel backpack needed. Honestly it depends on a lot of factors. For example What service are you going with, and what is their required gear list Is your personal gear very compact and compressible (high quality 20 degree 800 fill down bag, 800 fill parka, light rain shell, minimal fleece) or is it fairly bulky (0 degree bag, synthetic bag, bulky synthetic parka, 3 layer Gore tex jacket, lots of fleece) Do you run warm or cold, and consequently how many additional layers are you bringing for the upper mountain How much group gear are you required to carry per person Are you allowed (by your guide) to put extra gear on the outside of your pack for the lower mountain, or do they want everything to be insideIf you have access to all of your gear, pack it all up and put it in the pack, along with an approximate amount of food+water that you need for the trip duration. If you still have a fair amount of space inside the pack, you probably ok.USB charging backpack anti theft backpack for travel theft proof backpack backpack for travel backpack anti theft Luckily loading the source file into Basecamp and saving again removes the issue for me. Not sure whose fault is that. Something to look at.. One AT ridge runner recently informed me that one bear in NY has a habit of snatching packs because of its association with food being in it. USFS have noted that bears like to go straight to the campfire pit and rummage for food that hasn't burned down, from people disposing food waste into the firepit.
