YourTube: Download YouTube Videos From iPhone’s Native App


YourTube is a mod for iPhone, that will add extra feature to the native YouTube App of your iPhone. YourTube adds a new tab in your YouTube app which is actually a Download Manager that allows you to download YouTube videos in High or Low quality, without using MxTube.

YourTube mod works as MobileSubstrate extension which means YourTube will be integrated without using too many resources. Process of downloading video with YourTube is very easy.

Tap on a video and choose the High Quality (recommended if you use a WiFi connection) or Low Quality (EDGE/3G network).

YourTube is available in the Cydia AppStore and it costs $2.00.

Safari Download Manager 1.3.1-2 - A Safari Extension for Managing Downloads


Safari Download Manager for the iPhone (also know as SDM), has been available to jailbroken users since August. This $2.00 extension adds a fully integrated download manager into your Safari app. There have been a few others just like it, however most of which prevented you to continue browsing after beginning a download.

This app does wonders if you download files often and even if you don't. This is a tweak that I feel should have been included by Apple, but of course, why would they want to encourage data usage....duh.

SDM allows you to carry on with browsing while downloads take place, and will even download in the background.

Safari Download Manager can configure filetypes, custom file types and mimetypes to the download lists.

Although SDM may be old news as it was released in August, today there has been an update to the extension bringing it to version 1.3.1-2.

On a side note, this Download Manager will NOT open your files. I would suggest something like iFile if you want to manage your files.

Safari Download Manager will not work on iPhone OS 2.x.

I've tried to get in touch with the developer about the new changelog for this, but have been unable to do so. I will update this when I get the information.

Multifl0w - Multitasking on the iPhone with Backgrounder

Multifl0w is a multitasking interface which displays applications that are running and allows you to scroll left and right between them for quick switching. It also includes a snapshot of each of the backgrounded applications. Runs with backgrounder (you can background application by holding the home button).

AttachmentSaver Saves Your Email Attachments to Your iPhone


AttachmentSaver is a new application that adds an extension which allows you to save your email attachments on your iPhone. This feature should be available by default but for some obscure reasons, Apple hasn’t deemed it necessary…

AttachmentSaver gives you the ability to download attachments of all types, whether supported by the Mail.app or not, and save them into a folder on your iPhone disk.

Files are downloaded to /private/var/mobile/Library/Attachments and it’s recommended to install iFile to access the attachments you download.

This app is available from the Cydia Store for $1.99.

 

The first N64 Emulator for iPhone OS – 3G4 Teaser



3G4 is the first native Nintendo 64 emulator for the iPhone 3GS and the iPod Touch 3G. What was started as a small experiment has turned into an insane breakthrough achievement for young developers today. 3G4 uses stunning control and ROM interpretation that you almost think you are streaming from your TV.

    What has been deemed impossible, is being done by a 14 year old developer. Impossible is nothing.





So far, the product seems to run freaking flawlessly. The only problems i’m running into is duplicate button registers, delay of presses, and crashes when heavy gameplay occurs. Still looking to fix this. Until then enjoy this vid. Beta testers needed soon. Interested?

Blower    (AKA iPhone duva )

Ugasite svećice na torti pomoću iPhonea   

Videli smo svakakve aplikacije za iPhone, tako da nas više ništa ne može začuditi (    ), ali ljudima stvarno padaju na pamet svakakve ideje. Nova aplikacija pod nazivom Blower omogućuje vašem iPhoneu da duva, gasi svećice i radi slične aktivnosti vezane uz protok vazduha.

Na stranu činjenica da iPhone jednako tako 'duva' kad glasno slušate zvukove kroz njegov zvučnik, lociran na vrhu uređaja, Bloweru ipak moramo priznati originalnost ideje.

Koliko možemo videti u video demonstraciji malo niže, to duvanje baš i nije naročito snažno, ali dovoljno je da ugasi svećice na torti, tako da znate koju aplikaciju trebate nabaviti za sledeći rođendan (pogotovo ako ste vi i svi gosti totalni geekovi).   

Blower je dostupan u Apple App Storeu za 0,99 dolara.

iPhone app: Speed Forge Extreme demoed on iPhone 3GS





This movie shows gameplay of a game “Speed Forge” that was developed for iPhone by RatSquare. Thanks to OpenGL ES 2.0 support it was possible to implement full screen motion blur.
