Pa samo onom ko nema oci treba sud da mu kaze da li je kopija ili ne, jer ocigledno svako ko vidi taj SGS pomislice: zasto na tom 3GS-u pise Samsung?

A posto najverovatnije mislis da tableti su nepotrebna stvar, moraces prvo da ga koristis pa posle da delis misljenje.
Znam da si jednom ti zamisljao rad na tabletu bez rotiranja ekrana, a da si ga drzao u rucio duze od 5 sekundi znao bi da vecina programa koristi upravo tu rotaciju da bi dobio vise ili manje opcija i funkcija...

Tim Cook speaks, sends "Apple is not going to change" memo to the troops




The internal email that Apple's new CEO Tim Cook sent to employees has leaked, and the gist of it is that he does not intend to change Apple's course. We don't blame him, when it ain't broken don't fix it applies full throttle here. Here is the full text of the memo from Apple's new chief face and brain :

"Team:

I am looking forward to the amazing opportunity of serving as CEO of the most innovative company in the world. Joining Apple was the best decision I've ever made and it's been the privilege of a lifetime to work for Apple and Steve for over 13 years. I share Steve's optimism for Apple's bright future.

Steve has been an incredible leader and mentor to me, as well as to the entire executive team and our amazing employees. We are really looking forward to Steve's ongoing guidance and inspiration as our Chairman.

I want you to be confident that Apple is not going to change. I cherish and celebrate Apple's unique principles and values. Steve built a company and culture that is unlike any other in the world and we are going to stay true to that—it is in our DNA. We are going to continue to make the best products in the world that delight our customers and make our employees incredibly proud of what they do.

I love Apple and I am looking forward to diving into my new role. All of the incredible support from the Board, the executive team and many of you has been inspiring. I am confident our best years lie ahead of us and that together we will continue to make Apple the magical place that it is.

Sounds like a piece that comes from the heart, and the guy certainly seems both proud and grateful to work for "the most innovative company in the world", greasing the employees ego. It's actually a pretty humble message, with Tim Cook fully aware that now all eyes are on him. The stock is down just 1% today, along with the broader market, so it seems that Wall Street approves of Apple's shift too.

Elgato outs TV tuner dongle that lets you watch live television on your iPad




Remember when the iPad was but a rumor? And how the rumor-mill was citing unnamed Hollywood executives who used to boast  how an Apple tablet would be awesome for watching movies? Apple, the sources would have us believe, was supposed to let customers subscribe to bulk TV channel in iTunes and enjoy quality TV programming on their tablet. Unfortunately, that wasn’t meant to be. Blame it on the forces that be, which couldn’t come to terms at the negotiating table.

Enter Eye TV Mobile, an iPad 2  dongle from Elgato, the established maker of cool accessories for Apple products. Just pop in this thing into your iPad 2′s 30-pin dock connector and you’re ready to enjoy live television broadcast via an integrated DTT/Freeviewer receiver. Even better, you can record programs using a free companion app, browse an electronic program guide and more.

On the downside, this dongle won’t capture analogue television broadcasts nor will it work in the U.S., it’s basically a digital TV tuner for the European market. The dongle will set you back a hundred Euros/quid. Elgato has yet to announce availability so head over at the Elgato site to check out more details.

iPhone 5 Renderings Based on Leaked Icon


New renderings show what the iPhone 5 would look like based on a possible icon of the device found yesterday. 9to5Mac has heard from a source that this might be an icon for the smaller, cheaper iPhone rumored for release at the same time.






We've received word that of the two new iPhones coming out from Apple, this device might actually be the smaller, cheaper iPhone that is set for release at the same time. To that end, we've got a mock up of what something like that would look like using current iPhone sizes, and the dimensions offered up by the icon (above) if it is a smaller device. If it is the bigger device, or at least bigger-screened device, It could look like the below:

iPhone 5 to keep iPhone 4 design and sport only 512MB of RAM? (Rumor)



If you are one of the people who have been hoping that the iPhone 5 will see a redesign, you may be in for bad news, assuming of course you choose to believe the rumors. According to AppleInsider who was told by an analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo, the iPhone 5 will not be seeing a redesign, at least one that isn’t too obvious, and there will be little change to its internals as well.

The iPhone 5 has been speculated to sport a dual-core A5 processor chip much like the iPad 2, and it has also been said to sport an 8MP camera. Apart from those and a rumored redesign, not much else has been known about the device thanks to Apple’s trademarked silence. However according to Kuo, it seems that the next-generation iPhone will not be seeing a major redesign and will instead end up looking similar to the iPhone 4.

It will feature a glass front and Gorilla glass backing much like the iPhone 4, and will be sporting a measly 512MB of RAM, and once again very similar to the iPhone 4. However it has been said that the next-generation iPhone will be sporting a redesign antenna which is supposed to fix the “death grip” issue that plagued the iPhone 4 during its early release. Supposedly the changes are so minimal that non-discerning users will not be able to tell the difference.

This isn’t exactly news as it has been reported before that the iPhone 5 will merely be a refresh of the iPhone 4, but with conflicting reports of a redesign, it’s starting to get a bit tricky trying to figure out which reports are more credible.
