RF Cartridge - Permanent Magnetic Separators

Eriez' RF Cartridge Magnets (radial field) are ideal for removing tramp iron from dry, free-flowing food or chemical products conveyed in pneumatic pipelines.

Material enters the housing, is distributed by a solid stainless cone and passes in close proximity to the magnetic cartridge. Ferrous contamination is attracted and held by the magnet while the separated product continues past the magnet and out of the housing. The ferrous contamination remains on the magnet until the cartridge is removed and cleaned.

Vibroscreen® Circular Vibratory Screeners

Kason Vibroscreen® circular vibratory screeners separate bulk solid materials from solids and slurries using multi-plane, inertial vibration that causes particles to pass through apertures in the screen or to travel across the screen surface in controlled pathways.

The screeners range in diameter from 18" to 100" (460mm to 2540mm) and are offered with single or multiple screening decks, separating particles in one to five predetermined sizes ranging from 2" (50mm) to 400 mesh (37 microns).

A wide range of models and specialized options satisfy a broad range of sifting, scalping, classifying, de-dusting and dewatering applications from the most simple to the most challenging, in capacities ranging from several pounds/kilograms to more than 30 metric tons per hour.
