  Konačno bitna priča za one koji bi "da se ponove",a nemaju dubok džep.AMD udara na siromašniji (i preovlađujući) segment tržišta,pripremajući se da 29.juna lansira čak 3 nove klase Polaris grafičkih kartica :

- Radeon RX 480 (od 199 $ za 4Gb verziju,namenjen 1440p zabavi; potrošnja struje max.150w)
- Radeon RX 470 (namenjen HD igranju, tj. 60 fps na 1080p)
- Radeon RX 460 (namenjen MOBA-igranju, sa potrošnjom struje < 75w)

  Interesantni grafikoni bazirani na majskom testiranju Radeon RX 470 kartice.Napominjem da ovo nije "uklesano u kamen" i da do kraja juna nećemo znati sve detalje.To mi ne smeta da me priča o kartici koja troši 110 w,košta 150 IT $ i piči brže od R9 380X ,kao vlasnika 1080p monitora veoma zanima.

  Imali smo "skandal" sa švapskim proizvođačima automobila koji su mašine štelovali da pokazuju rezultate bolje od stvarnih,sada je razotkrivena slična šema i sa proizvođačima grafičkih kartica,konkretno - MSI i Asus ( autor : Damien Triolet).

  GTX 950/960/970 će biti počišćene sa tržišta ukoliko drastično ne obore cene.

  Pad cena već počeo,ali kod "jačih" nVidia modela (izvori - eTeknix,TPU i razni hardveraški copy-paste sajtovi) :

  Prvi modeli koji će se pojaviti 29.juna će biti referentni.Neće imati "budžene" kompanijske hladnjake,već samo referentne,jer ih je AMD solidno projektovao (dobro hlađenje + minimalna buka).XFX-ov model će imati backplate, Sapphire-ov i Powercolor-ov neće.
  AMD ,navodno, lansira i novi alat za overklokovanje koji će imati i mogućnost kontrole voltaže."Procureo" je snimak koji pokazuje da se kartica ´ladno klokuje sa početnih 1266 MHz na > 1500 MHz (čak i 1607 MHz).
  Berze reaguju,pa i cena AMD-ovih akcija lagano raste od početka godine.Obzirom na minus u kome je kompanija bila,ovo je prijatna promena (ako AMD ode pod led , nVidia i Intel će moći uši da nam uvrću cenama svojih proizvoda).Prema liku (iz NordicHardware-a) koji je sa Kompjuteksa izveštavao na YT-u,izgleda da je AMD-ova politika cena razljutila proizvođače hardvera koji su ,poslednjih par godina, uživali u naduvanim dolarskim iznosima.Ono što je AMD zacrtao na 199$ , oni su očekivali na 300-350$.Otuda i ne čude rezultati Tviter-ankete o tome koju bi karticu igrači (31.000 glasača) sada poručili :
