Skolari: U nedelju borba za titulu

Trener Čelsija Luis Felipe Skolari izjavio je da nedeljna utakmica sa Liverpulom može da utiče na konačan ishod trke za titulu prvaka Engleske.

Čelsi je u prošlom kolu savladao Midlzbro sa 2:0, dok je Liverpul odigrao 1:1 sa Viganom. Obe ekipe pred nedeljni duel imaju po 48 bodova i dele drugo mesto na tabeli Premijer lige, iza Mančester Junajteda, koji ima dva boda prednosti, ali i utakmicu manje.

„To je utakmica koja može da odluči i o titulu. Tačno je da su u igri samo tri boda, ali ekipe su izjednačene, a pobednik će ostati blizu vodećeg Mančester junajteda“, izjavio je Skolari.

Upravo je Liverpul u oktobru prošle godine pobedio ekipu Čelsija na „Stamford bridžu“, prekinuvši četvoroipogodišnju seriju plavaca bez poraza kod kuće.

„Ove sezone sam na Stamford bridžu izgubio 14 bodova, a ne mislim da sam loš trener. Takođe, znam da je Benitez fantastičan stručnjak i da vodi veliku ekipu. Želim Benitezu sve najbolje, osim na utakmici u nedelju", kazao je Skolari.

Skolari, koji je letos došao u Čelsi, dodao je da je Benitezova prednost u tome što duže radi u Premijer ligi i bolje poznaje engleski fudbal.

„Benitez bolje od mene poznaje Premijer ligu, jer radi ovde već četiri godine. Možda ima neke manje probleme u pojedinim trenucima, ali kada toliko dugo radite na istom mestu, dobro ste upućeni u sve stvari“, zaključio je Skolari.

Trener Čelsija na utakmici na „Enfildu“ zbog povreda neće moći da računa na štopera Rikarda Karvalja i igrače sredine terena Džoa Kola i Mikaela Esjena.

Chelsea snap up Turkish youngster

Chelsea have signed Turkish youth international midfielder Gokhan Tore from Bayer Leverkusen.

The 17-year-old attacking midfielder, who joined Leverkusen in 1999, has signed a contract which will keep him at Stamford Bridge until 2012.

Tore represented Leverkusen at under-17 and under-19 level but has not featured in any first-team matches.

Neither club has revealed any financial details of the deal, which is Chelsea's first action in this transfer window.

Menadžer: Čelsi ne pušta Ivanovića



Srpski reprezentativac Branislav Ivanović ostaće u Čelsiju, pošto taj londonski fudbalski klub ne želi da ga proda, izjavio je menadžer Ernesto Bronzeti.

"Transfer je gotov tek kada se ugovor potpiše, ali mislim da Čelsi neće prodati Ivanovića. Koliko znam, njega je već tražio Milan, ali je Čelsi odbio", rekao je menadžer sa licencom Svetske fudbalske federacije (FIFA) za Radio Blu.

Italijanski mediji prethodnih dana su izveštavali da je transfer Ivanovića u Fiorentinu skoro siguran.

"Moguće je da (direktor Fiorentine Pantaleo) Korvino i izdejstvuje transfer... Ali uveravam vas da (trener Čelsija Felipe) Skolari ne planira da se odrekne Ivanovića, iako prednost u startnoj postavi imaju Džon Teri i Rikardo Karvaljo", rekao je Bronzeti.

"Sumnjam da će Ivanović napustiti Čelsi, osim ako se planovi o transferima nisu radikalno promenili", dodao je Bronzeti.
