Matić za MONDO: Daleko sam od Čelsija

Nemanja Matić se dogovorio sa Čelsijem oko četvorogodišnjeg ugovora. Preostalo je još samo da se londonski klub dogovori sa Košicama oko obeštećenja.

Tako je glasila vest plasirana na slovačkom sajtu "Denik sport", sa izjavom 20-godišnjeg mladog reprezentativca Srbije koji kaže da je zaista postigao dogovor oko prelaska na Stamford bridž.

"Ništa nisam potpisao niti sam bilo kom mediju rekao išta o tome", kategorično demantuje Matić da je završio posao sa Čelsijem u izjavi za MONDO.

Međutim, talentovani fudbaler, koji se u Srbiji oporavlja od operacije posle loma metatarzalne kosti na EP za mlade u Švedskoj, priznaje da ga "plavci" žele u svojim redovima, što su preneli i britanski mediji.

"Čuo sam da postoji interesovanje Čelsija. Čast mi je da me takav klub želi u ekipi, ali daleko sam ja od Londona", jasan je Nemanja Matić.

Ostrvljani su, takođe, pomenuli i interesovanje Totenhema, Sanderlenda i Midlzbroa, a od ranije se špekuliše da je Matić želja CSKA iz Moskve, Đenove i Udinezea.

Međutim, kako kaže, Matić se ne opterećuje imenima potencijalnih novih poslodavaca. Najvažnije mu je da se što pre oporavi.

Matić potvrdio dogovor sa Čelzijem


Naš mladi reprezentativac se na kraju sage dogovorio sa klubom iz Londona. Potpisaće četvorogodišnji ugovor, ako Čelzi i Košice nađu zajednički jezik oko obeštećenja. U prethodnim nedeljama, Slovaci stalno dizali cenu jer očigledno u Matiću vide priliku da naprave daleko najveći transfer u istoriji kluba.

Podsetimo njegov menadžer je pre par nedelja izjavio da Matic velikaljudi iz ovog kluba stalno menjaju visinu obeštećenja, očekuju da će na našem igraču zaraditi bogatstvo, iako im je do sada najveći transfer iznosio 300 000 evra. Sada bi želeli deset puta više.

Prema nekim informacijama koje su stizale iz Slovačke, Matić je imao godišnji ugovor od 50 000 evra, koliko većina njegovih novih klupskih drugova zaradi za par dana.

Matić se trenutno oporavlja od povrede zarađene na EP u Švedskoj, a na teren bi trebalo da se vrati u oktobru.

Maluda produžio ugovor sa Čelsijem

Fudbaler Čelsija Floran Maluda potpisao je novi trogodišnji ugovor s tim engleskim premijerligašem.

Dosadašnji ugovor imao je validnost do sledećeg leta, a ovako će francuski fudbaler ostati na Stamford Bridžu do 2012. godine.

Reprezentativac Francuske rekao je da se raduje što će saradjivati s novim trenerom Karlom Anćelotijem.

"Bio sam srećan kada sam čuo da će Anćeloti preuzeti klub, jer ga mnogo poštujem. U mom bivšem klubu Lionu igrao sam protiv Milana. Ovo je za mene dobra šansa. Verujem u novog trenera", rekao je Maluda.

Maluda igra na poziciji levog krila. U Čelsi je došao 2007. godine, posle četiri sezone provedene u Lionu. Za reprezentaciju Francuske odigrao je 45 utakmica uz tri pogotka.

Slick Chelsea dominated former boss Jose Mourinho's Inter Milan at the Rose
Bowl to get their World Football Challenge campaign off to a winning start
in Pasadena, California.

Goals from Didier Drogba in the 11th minute and a Frank Lampard penalty just
after half-time gave Chelsea the victory over the Italian champions in front
of 81,224 fans.

The impressive nature of the Blues' performance more than the scoreline,
however, will have delighted new head coach Carlo Ancelotti, especially
coming so soon into the ex-AC Milan chief's first pre-season campaign and
against his former cross-city rivals.

Mourinho, facing the club he led to two Premier League titles during his
three seasons at Stamford Bridge between 2004-07, had seen his Inter team
open its campaign with a penalty shoot-out defeat to Mexico's Club America
on Sunday. Chelsea, meanwhile, had warmed up with a 2-0 win over Major
Seattle Sounders the previous day but had since lost German midfielder
Michael Ballack to a broken toe.

Led once again by John Terry in central defence with Ricardo Carvalho,
Chelsea fans at the Rose Bowl saw their African players start for the first
time in pre-season, John Obi Mikel and Michael Essien returning to midfield
with Didier Drogba and Salomon Kalou in attack.

It was the central defenders, though, who had Chelsea's first sights on the
Inter goal, Florent Malouda receiving a short corner on the left and
crossing for Carvalho to head over the bar at the near post in the second
minute and Terry heading from the resultant Malouda corner from the right.

Chelsea were dominant throughout the opening half and Drogba opened the lead
in the 11th minute, receiving a short pass from Lampard with his back to
goal, turning and shooting unimpeded from 20 yards, the ball bouncing over
Inter Milan keeper Vid Belec's outstretched left hand and into the bottom
corner of the goal.

The Londoners continued to play with purpose and fluency, highlighted in the
16th minute when Lampard and Branislav Ivanovic exchanged a one-two down the
right, the Serbian full-back advancing to the byline and centering for
Drogba whose shot was straight at a grateful Belec.

Trailing 1-0 at the break, Inter's first real chance came as Chelsea
adjusted to the five changes made by Ancelotti at half-time.

With Carvalho making way for Alex in defence, the incoming centre-back gave
the ball away to Mario Balotelli on halfway immediately following the
restart and the through ball found Diego Milito who cut inside Terry but was
blocked at his feet by Petr Cech, the Chelsea keeper making his first
meaningful contribution of the game.

Daniel Sturridge, who scored on his debut at Seattle, and Nicolas Anelka had
replaced Drogba and Kalou and they quickly caused problems. Deco, on for
Malouda, sent Sturridge clear in the box in the 48th minute and when his
cross from the left was blocked by Ivan Cordoba's hand, Lampard was given
the chance to add to his goal scored against the Sounders, converting the
penalty, right footed into the bottom corner.

Ancelotti made further changes in the 64th minute, taking off Cech, Essien
and Ivanovic for Ross Turnbull, Juliano Belletti and Michael Mancienne, who
was called straight into the action, blocking a Balotelli bicycle kick on
the six-yard line after Inter sub Zlatan Ibrahimovic had crossed from the
right.

Late substitute Franco Di Santo nearly added a third for the Londoners in
stoppage time, taking a delicate Deco chip over the top on his chest and
shooting right-footed over the bar.

Not far from being ready for the big competitions ahead was Carlo
Ancelotti's pleasing verdict after just two pre-season matches.

A step up in performance level against a step up in opposition quality was
there for all to see in the Rose Bowl as José Mourinho's Inter were
comfortably beaten.

A Didier Drogba long-range strike that was misjudged by keeper Vid Belec
early in the game, and a Frank Lampard penalty after a second-half handball
did the damage, and it was the nature of the victory against his long-time
rivals that heartened the Italian.

'After these two games I feel good about the team,' he said. 'I like very
much the mental attitude of the team. They work very well and it is not so
far from the team I have in my mind.

'I am satisfied not only for the win; all the team played well, we took good
control, defended very well all the team and we improved from the last game
against Seattle.'

The displays in America have already convinced Ancelotti that his change in
formation, with its use of Frank Lampard at the front of a diamond midfield,
is the way to go.

'This is the system we want to keep for all the season. It is a good system
for all the players and it gives us the possibility to take control of the
play. It works very well with an attacking midfielder between the lines [of
opposition midfield and defence] and it worked very well for the right-back
and left-back, they pushed forward a lot.'

Ancelotti became the sixth Chelsea manager to find it easy to praise Lampard
who now has two pre-season goals, and compared his influence to Kaká whom he
played in a similar position at AC Milan.

'They are different players. Kaká had different qualities than Lampard but
Lampard works very well for the team, he scored and moves very well without
the ball. They have different qualities but are the same important player
for the team.

'Lampard can play all the positions in midfield but it would be more
difficult to play him in front of the defence because we want to use him in
an offensive position.'

Another unashamed admirer of Lampard is Mourinho who spoke to no media after
the game.

'We didn't meet because on the pitch was very busy,' reported Ancelotti.
'There will be another time to meet.'


REACTION: PLEASING PROGRESS [TOCFCWS]

Ashley Cole was pleased with the team performance after a second consecutive
pre-season win in America.

The left-back played 78 minutes against Inter in the Pasadena Rose Bowl to
follow up the 45 he played against the Seattle Sounders on Saturday, and was
feeling fit enough to speak with chelseafc.com after the game, which ended
in a comfortable 2-0 win.

'I feel good, I think we have worked hard so far and a lot of the lads feel
fit now,' he smiled. 'We just need to get a bit of sharpness back, but today
we played well as a team and showed we can beat the good teams, which
hopefully we can do at the start of the season in England.'

With Serie A starting later than the Premier League, we are a few days ahead
of Inter in terms of pre-season preparations, and it showed on a warm
California evening.

'I think they are a few days behind us in training and we didn't need to get
out of second gear tonight,' Cole commented. 'Hopefully the next couple of
games will be tougher and harder but we are still playing against world
class players here so we are happy with the result and how it went.'

So far, everything has gone smoothly for the squad on the American tour, but
what has Cole made of the trip as a whole?

'Oh man, it's too hot!' he joked. 'It's good to come out here, train hard,
work hard and if we are fit enough for this kind of heat then it'll do us
good and we'll be fine when we go back home.

'We've a lot of fit players already and this just gives us a boost.'
