                                         ARMY

            General Electric Co., Lynn, Mass., was awarded on Nov. 10, 2005, a
delivery order amount of $160,000,000 as part of a $2,433,740,895 firm-fixed-price
contract for T-700 engine spare parts.  Work will be performed in Lynn, Mass., and
is expected to be completed by Dec. 30, 2008.  Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on
May 11, 2005.  The Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is
the contracting activity (W58RGZ-04-D-0057).

            General Dynamics Land Systems, Warren, Mich., awarded on Nov. 9, 2005,
a delivery order amount of $41,591,334 as part of a $70,007,325 firm-fixed-price
contract for M1A1 Australia Abrams Integrated Management Vehicles.  Work will be
performed in Lima, Ohio (77 percent), Scranton, Pa. (20 percent), and Muskegon,
Mich. (3 percent), and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2006.  Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole
source contract initiated on June 3, 2004.  The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments
Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-01-G-N001).

            D&J Enterprises Inc., Auburn, Ala., was awarded on Oct. 29, 2005, a
delivery order amount of $21,000,000 as part of a $21,000,000 firm-fixed-price
contract for debris removal.  Work will be performed in Harris, Texas, and is
expected to be completed by Dec. 30, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year.  There were 28 bids solicited on April 15, 2002,
and four bids were received.  The Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston, Texas, is the
contracting activity (DACW29-03-D-0010).

            Schroth Safety Products Corp.*, Pompano Beach, Fla., was awarded on
Nov. 10, 2005, an $8,060,040 firm-fixed-price contract for Gunner's Restraint Kits
for the M1114 high mobility multi-purpose wheeled vehicle.  Work will be performed
in Pompano Beach, Fla., and is expected to be completed by July 15, 2006.  Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole
source contract initiated on Nov. 7, 2005.  The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments
Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-06-C-0042).

            Cooley, Dennis and Denmon Engineering Co.*, Monroe, La., was awarded on
Nov. 9, 2005, a $21,769,713 firm-fixed-price contract for quality assurance
services in support of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.  Work will be performed in
Louisiana, and is expected to be completed by Nov. 7, 2006.  Contract funds will
not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of
bids solicited on Oct. 5, 2005, and 98 bids were received.  The Louisiana Recovery
Field office, Baton Rouge, La., is the contracting activity (W912P8-06-C-0034).

            AM General L.L.C., South Bend, Ind., was awarded on Nov. 8, 2005, an
$18,424,638 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for M1151 and M1152 high
mobility multi-purpose wheeled vehicles.  Work will be performed in South Bend,
Ind., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007.  Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract
initiated on July 17, 2000.  The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command,
Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-01-C-S001).

            Boh Brothers Construction Co. L.L.C., New Orleans, La., was awarded on
Oct. 19, 2005, a $15,189,862 firm-fixed-price contract for east area plan emergency
restoration and modifications to the citrus back levee floodwall.  Work will be
performed in New Orleans, La., and is expected to be completed by April 1, 2006.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were
an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Oct. 10, 2005, and
four bids were received.  The Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, La., is the
contracting activity (W912P8-06-C-0016).

            Granite Construction Co., Watsonville, Calif., was awarded on Oct. 19,
2005, a $14,375,500 firm-fixed-price contract for Chalmette area plan emergency
restoration hurricane protection.  Work will be performed in New Orleans, La., and
is expected to be completed by April 1, 2006.  Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids solicited
via the World Wide Web on Oct. 9, 2005, and two bids were received.  The Army Corps
of Engineers, New Orleans, La., is the contracting activity (W912P8-06-C-0007).

            Gotech*, Baton Rouge, La., was awarded on Nov. 9, 2005, a $12,445,551
firm-fixed-price contract for quality assurance services in Support of Hurricanes
Katrina and Rita.  Work will be performed in Louisiana, and is expected to be
completed by Nov. 6, 2006.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids solicited on Oct. 5,
2005, and 98 bids were received.  The Louisiana recovery field office, Baton Rouge,
La., is the contracting activity (W912P8-06-C-0035).

            Mel Professional Temporaries L.L.C.*, Baton Rouge, La., was awarded on
Nov. 7, 2005, a $12,438,236 firm-fixed-price contract for quality assurance
services in support of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.  Work will be performed in
Louisiana, and is expected to be completed by Nov. 6, 2006.  Contract funds will
not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of

performed in Louisiana, and is expected to be completed by Nov. 6, 2006.  Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown
number of bids solicited on Oct. 5, 2005, and 98 bids were received.  The Louisiana

$11,741,320 firm-fixed-price contract for quality assurance services in support of

            Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., was awarded on Nov. 9, 2005,
a $9,490,000 firm-fixed-price contract for spare parts for the Utility Blackhawk
UH-60 System.  Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be
completed by Nov. 30, 2010.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on July 18, 2005.
The Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting
activity (N00383-01-G-015N).

            Barnes, Ferland, and Associates Inc.*, Orlando, Fla., was awarded on
Nov. 9, 2005, a $7,968,120 firm-fixed-price contract for quality assurance services
in support of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.  Work will be performed in Louisiana,
and is expected to be completed by March 7, 2006.  Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids
solicited on Oct. 5, 2005, and 98 bids were received.  The Louisiana Recovery Field
Office, Baton Rouge, La., is the contracting activity (W912P8-06-C-0038).

            GNG Construction Inc., Robert, La., was awarded on Nov. 7, 2005, a
$5,896,600 firm-fixed-price contract for sheet pile repair.  Work will be performed
in New Orleans, La., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 29, 2005.  Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown
number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Oct. 21, 2005, and two bids were
received.  The Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, La., is the contracting
activity (W912P8-06-C-0041).

            Seiler Instrument & Manufacturing Co.*, St. Louis, Mo., was awarded on
Nov. 8, 2005, a $5,662,572 increment as part of a $21,751,198 firm-fixed-price
contract for the production of optical fire control units in support of the
lightweight 155mm Howitzer Program.  Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., and
is expected to be completed by June 30, 2009.  Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on
March 29, 2005.  The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Picatinny Arsenal,
N.J., is the contracting activity (W15QKN-06-C-0012).


                                        NAVY

            The Boeing Co., Anaheim, Calif., is being awarded a $14,198,000
cost-plus-incentive-fee letter contract to provide for TRIDENT II Subsystem Fiber
Optic Gyro Navigator Design Investigations and Test System Design.  Work will be
performed in Anaheim, Calif., and is expected to be completed by October 2007.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The contract
was not competitively procured.  The Navy's Strategic Systems Programs, Washington,
D.C., is the contracting activity (N00030-05-C-0063).

            Kellogg Brown & Root Services, Arlington, Va., was awarded on Nov. 8,
2005, $9,000,000 for Modification P0018 to Task Order 0016 under a cost
reimbursement, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity emergency construction
capabilities contract (N62470-04-D-4017) for Hurricane Katrina stabilization and
recovery at Naval Support Activity (NSA) New Orleans, Joint Reserve Base (JRB) New
Orleans, and other Navy installations in the South Region.  Award of this
modification brings the total task order amount to $76,961,021.  Work will be
performed in New Orleans, La., and Navy installations in the South Region, and is
expected to be completed by September 2007.  Contract funds will expire at the end
of the current fiscal year.  The basic contract was competitively procured with 59
proposals solicited, three offers received and award made on July 26, 2004._ _ The
total contract amount is not to exceed $500,000,000, which includes the base period
and four option years.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southern
Division, North Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity.

                                     AIR FORCE

            Raytheon Co., El Segundo, Calif., is being awarded a $10,346,293 cost
plus fixed fee contract modification to extend the period of performance for eight
months.  This action is for the research and development of Global Positioning
System Modernized User Equipment receiver cards.  The purpose of the program is to
provide risk reduction and to solidify technical requirements for the follow-on
development contract.  At this time, $2,352,120 has been obligated.  This work will
be complete by May 2006.  Negotiations were completed September 2005.  The
Headquarters Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, Calif.,
is the contracting activity (F04701-03-C-0015/P00011).

            Rockwell Collins Government Systems, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being
awarded a $9,875,267 cost plus fixed fee contract modification to extend the period
of performance for eight months.  This action is for the research and development
of Global Positioning System Modernized User Equipment receiver cards.  The purpose
of this program is to provide risk reduction and to solidify technical requirements
for the follow-on development contract.  At this time, $2,282,940 has been
obligated.  This work will be complete May 2006.  Negotiations were completed
September 2005.  The Headquarters Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air
Force Base, Calif., is the contracting activity (F04701-03-C-0025/ P00012).

            Interstate Electronics Corp., Anaheim, Calif., is being awarded an
$8,842,832 cost plus fixed fee contract modification to extend the period of
performance for eight months.  This action is for the research and development of

the follow-on development contract.  At this time, $2,006,220 has been obligated.

                              DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

            Jianas Brothers Packaging Co., Kansas City, Mo., is being awarded a
maximum 5,170,370 firm fixed price contract for tropical punch, lemon-lime, orange,
fruit punch carb electrolyte, grape carb electrolyte, orange carb electrolyte, and
lemon-lime carb electrolyte beverage base.  Using services are Army, Navy, and Air
Force.  This is an indefinite type contract with a base year and four one-year
options.  There were 65 proposals solicited and five responded.  Contract funds
will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Performance completion date is
Nov. 16, 2006.  The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia,
Philadelphia, Pa. (SPM3S1-06-D-Z127).
