                                      CONTRACTS



                                         ARMY



            AM General L.L.C., South Bend, Ind., was awarded on Nov. 21, 2005, a

$61,299,000 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for M1114 high mobility

multipurpose-wheeled vehicles.  Work will be performed in South Bend, Ind., and is

expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the

end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on July

17, 2000.  The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the

contracting activity (DAAE07-01-C-S001).



            General Electric Aircraft Engine, Cincinnati, Ohio, was awarded on Nov.

21, 2005, a $9,628,361 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for overhaul and

repair for the entire T700 family of engines. Work will be performed in Corpus

Christi, Texas, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2005.  Contract funds

will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source

contract initiated on Aug. 22, 2000.  The Army Aviation and Missile Command,

Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH23-00-C-0347).



            Bollinger/Incat USA L.L.C., Lockport, La., was awarded on Nov. 21,

2005, a $5,424,000 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for the 2006

maintenance period for the theater support vessel.  Work will be performed in

Hobart, Tasmania, and is expected to be completed by March 1, 2006.  Contract funds

will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source

contract initiated on Aug. 20, 2002.  The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments

Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-02-T060).



                                        NAVY



            FLIR Systems Inc., North Billerica, Mass., is being awarded a

$49,900,000 firm-fixed-price contract for shipboard infrared visual sensor

systems.  Work will be performed in North Billerica, Mass., and is expected to be

completed by November 2010.  Contract funds will expire at the end of the current

fiscal year.  The solicitation was advertised on the Federal Business Opportunities

website and the Crane Division Acquisition websites, with two offers received.  The

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Crane, Ind., is the contracting

activity (N00164-06-D-8543).



            Kellogg Brown & Root Services, Arlington, Va., was awarded on Nov. 17,

2005, $33,000,000 for Modification P0014 to Task Order 0017 under a cost

reimbursement, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity emergency construction

capabilities contract for Hurricane Katrina stabilization and recovery at Naval Air

Station (NAS) Pascagoula, NAS Gulfport, Stennis Space Center and other Navy

installations in the Southeast Region.  Award of this modification brings the total

task order amount to $96,846,447.  The work to be performed provides for

re-construction at NAS Pascagoula, NAS Gulfport, Stennis Space Center and other

Navy installations in the Southeast Region including re-roofing of most buildings,

barracks, debris removal from the entire base, water mitigation, mold mitigation,

interior and exterior repairs to most buildings, waste water treatment plants, and

all incidental related work.  Work will be performed in the areas noted above, and

is expected to be completed by September 2007.  Contract funds will expire at the

end of the current fiscal year.  The basic contract was competitively negotiated

with 59 offers solicited, three proposals received and award made on 26 July

2004._ _ The total contract amount is not to exceed $500,000,000, which includes

the base period and four option years.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command,

Southern Division, North Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity

(N62470-04-D-4017).



            L-3 Communications Titan Unidyne, Norfolk, Va., is being awarded an

$8,832,713 firm-fixed-price contract for the system upgrade availabilities of the

landing craft air cushion 62, 64, 65, and 76.  Work will be performed in Camp

Pendleton, Calif., and is expected to be completed by October 2006.  Contract funds

in the amount of $ 8,638,393, will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

The contract was competitively procured and advertised via the Internet, with two

offers received.  The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego, Calif., is

the contracting activity (N55236-06-C-0002).



            Raytheon Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $7,957,115

firm-fixed-price modification to exercise an option under previously awarded

contract (N00024-05-C-5341) to procure Full Service Support (FSS) requirements in

support of the STANDARD Missile-1 (SM-1) Program of U.S. Allied Nations.  FSS

consists of depot level maintenance (repair and maintenance/preparation, upgrade

and installation of SM-1 Block V, VI, VIA and VIB sections, assemblies,

subassemblies, and components), dual thrust rocket motor, regrain/production, and

technical engineering services.  This modification supports the governments of

Spain (77 percent); Poland (14 percent); Taiwan (4 percent); Italy (3 percent);

Egypt (1 percent); and Japan (1 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program.

Work will be performed in Sacramento, Calif. (85 percent); Camden, Ark. (10

percent); Tucson, Ariz. (5 percent); and is expected to be completed by June 2008.

Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval

Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.



_DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY_





            TKC Technology Solutions, LLC, is being awarded a contract for an

Indefeasible Right of Use (IRU) OC-12 service between Fort Lewis, Wash. and Fort

Richardson, Alaska.  This award is made on the behalf of the Defense Information

Technology Contracting Organization.  The contract has a 120-month life cycle with

a firm fixed price of $10,332,400.  This acquisition does not include any foreign

military sales.  The requirement was solicited on a full and open competition

basis.  Four offers were received.  The Defense Information Technology Contracting

Organization, Scott Air Force Base, Ill., is the contracting activity

(HC1047-05-D-4005).



                                     AIR FORCE



            ITT Industries, Van Nuys, Calif., is being awarded a $6,199,959 firm

fixed price contract to provide commercial acquisition for the purchase of the

following supplies and services: one airport surveillance radar/ secondary

surveillance radar.  It consists of tactical ASR subsystem, a power subsystem, an

air traffic control center subsystem, a control tower system; installation,

checkout and acceptance; site survey, training, and flight test.  The supplies and

services are to be delivered to the Royal Air force of the Sultanate of Oman, under

foreign military sales case MU-D-DAB.  Total funds have been obligated.  This work

will be complete by November 2005.  Solicitation began in July 2005 and two

proposals were received.  Negotiations were complete November 2005.  The Network

Centric Operations/ Integration Systems Wing Headquarters Electronic Systems

Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity.
