                                      CONTRACTS



                                         ARMY



            O'Gara -Hess & Eisenhardt Armoring Co., Fairfield, Ohio, was awarded on

Nov. 23, 2005, a $51,272,571 firm-fixed-price contract for up-armor high mobility

multi-purpose wheeled vehicles.  Work will be performed in Fairfield, Ohio, and is

expected to be completed by July 31, 2006.  Contract funds will not expire at the

end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on Aug.

10, 2000.  The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the

contracting activity (DAAE07-00-C-S019).



            All Star Services Corp., San Diego, Calif., was awarded on Nov. 22,

2005, a $33,802,523 firm-fixed-price contract for base operations and maintenance.

Work will be performed in Fort Huachuca, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by

Nov. 21, 2010.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal

year.  There were nine bids solicited on June 7, 2005, and nine bids were

received.  The Information Technology E-Commerce and Commercial Contract Center,

Fort Huachuca, Ariz., is the contracting activity (W9124A-06-C-0004).



            Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., was awarded on Nov. 22,

2005, a $13,784,578 firm-fixed-price contract for the Flight Control Panels for the

UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter.  Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is

expected to be completed by Nov. 15, 2010.  Contract funds will not expire at the

end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on Feb.

4, 2005.  The Army Communications-Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is the

contracting activity (W15P7T-06-C-F002).



            General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products Inc., Burlington, Vt.,

was awarded on Nov. 23, 2005, a $6,000,000 modification to a cost-plus-award-fee

contract for the remotely operated variant to the XM307 Advanced Crew Served Weapon

System.  Work will be performed in Burlington, Vt., and is expected to be completed

by June 30, 2006.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal

year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on Sept. 19, 2005.  The Army

Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Picatinny, N.J., is the contracting activity

(W15QKN-04-C-1093).



_MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY_



            Alaska Aerospace Development Corp. of Anchorage, Alaska, is being

awarded a modification to its cost-plus-fixed-fee indefinite delivery/indefinite

quantity contract, HQ0006-03-D-0043, to provide kodiak launch complex spaceport

facilities and services in support of Missile Defense Agency target launches.  The

contract was awarded on Sept. 1, 2003 with an estimated contract ceiling of

$43,350,000 for a five-year period of performance.  The modification will increase

the contract ceiling by $26,150,000 for a total estimated value of $69,500,000.

The Missile Defense Agency is the contracting activity.



                              DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY



            Treen Box and Pallet*, Bensalem, Penn., is being awarded a maximum

$10,249,858 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for wood pallets.

Using services are the Army, Navy, and Defense Distribution Center.  There were

eleven proposals solicited and nine responded.  This is a two-year base contract

with three option years.   Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current

fiscal year.  Performance completion date is Nov. 25, 2007.  The contracting

activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Pa (SP0530-06-D-00004).



                                        NAVY



            Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a

$7,758,703 cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order against a previously awarded basic

ordering agreement (N00019-03-G-0003) for the cockpit upgrade program Phase II for

the VH-60N executive helicopter.  Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and

is expected to be completed in January 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the

end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md.

is the contracting activity.



Jahn Corp.*, Lexington Park, Md., is being awarded a $7,069,823 ceiling-priced

modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity

contract (N00421-03-D-0045) to exercise an option for approximately 146,100

man-hours of advisory and assistance services (A&AS) to the V-22 program, including

management/administrative and resource/operations support; development/ production

analysis and technical services; and independent analyses, technical studies and

management services.  Work will be performed in Patuxent River Md. (90 percent);

Edwards Air Force Base, Calif. (3 percent); Lakehurst, N.J. (3 percent);

Indianapolis, Ind. (2 percent); Fort Worth, Texas (1 percent); and Lomita, Calif.

(1 percent), and is expected to be completed in November 2006.  Contract funds will

not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Warfare Center

Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.



Anteon Corp., Fairfax, Va., is being awarded a $5,735,861 cost-plus-award-fee

letter contract for program executive office, command control communications,

computers, information and space, intelligence surveillance reconnaissance and

information operations (PEO-C4ISR) systems engineering and software development to

support ongoing tri-service efforts with the Air Force, Army, and allied customers

and for the design, development, integration, validation, installation and support

of the Naval Integrated Tactical Environmental System capabilities within the

Global Command and Control System and maritime version 4.x.  This contract includes

an option which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to

$11,696,446.  The work will be performed at Newport, R.I. (80 percent); San Diego,

Calif. (15 percent), Fairfax, Va. (5 percent), and may include activities/ships for

laboratory and sea-test support.  Work is expected to be completed by November

2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This

contract was not competitively procured. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems

Command, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity (N00039-06-C-0002).
