            MW-All Star Joint Venture*,Murrieta, Calif., is being awarded a
maximum amount of $25,000,000 with a guaranteed minimum of $200,000
indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity job order contract for construction,
repair and alterations to shore facilities.   The work to be performed
provides for all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision
necessary to perform minor construction, maintenance and repairs, and any
incidental related work.   Work will be performed at the Marine Corps Base,
Camp Pendleton, Oceanside, Calif. (80 percent), and at naval activities and
military bases in San Diego and Mono Counties (20 percent).   The term of the
contract is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of
January 2007 (January 2010 with options).  Contract funds will expire at the
end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively procured with
114 proposals solicited and 15 offers received.  The Naval Facilities
Engineering Command, Southwest, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity

            Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Stratford, Conn., is being awarded
a ceiling $25,000,000   cost-plus-fixed-fee,
indefinite-quantity/indefinite-delivery contract for highly specialized
engineering and design efforts associated with continued integration of
organic airborne mine countermeasures systems with full-production level
MH-60S helicopters to provide organic airborne mine defense for carrier and
expeditionary strike groups.  Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn. (60
percent) and Panama City, Fla. (40 percent), and is expected to be completed
by January 2011.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year.  The contract was not competitively procured.  The Naval Surface
Warfare Center, Panama City, Fla. , is the contracting activity
(N61331-06-D-0012).



            Scientific Research Corp.*, Atlanta, Ga., is being awarded a
not-to-exceed $25,000,000 Phase III Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR)
program contract for Topic N01-013 entitled "Mid-Air Collision Avoidance
System (MCAS) Using Mode 5", and SBIR Topic N01-188 entitled "Smart Flat Panel
Multifunction Color Display (MFCD) with Positive Pilot Feedback."  The
contractor will provide services and materials for engineering tasks,
including exploratory study of application, further research and development,
analysis for system integration, prototype development and fabrication,
customizing prototype to specific platform needs, test and evaluation, product
support services, production buys and training as necessary.  Work will be
performed in Atlanta, Ga., and is expected to be completed in January 2011.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This
contract was competitively procured using SBIR program solicitation under
Topic N01-013 with 3 offers received, and Topic N01-188 with 5 offers
received.  The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J. ,
is the contracting activity (N68335-06-D-0006).



            Titan Systems Corp, San Diego, Calif., is being awarded a not-to
exceed $5,851,060 firm-fixed-price, letter contract to procure 13
AN/USC-42A(V)2 mini-DAMA terminals, 39 DSP II cards, 40 E-HUB COMSEC
assemblies plus other ancillary mini-DAMA hardware.  This effort combines
requirements for the Navy (13.14 percent) and the government of Australia
(28.56 percent); United Kingdom (26.38 percent); South Korea (22.49 percent);
Germany (5.95 percent), Netherlands (1.75 percent); Italy (1.26 percent); and
Canada (.47 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program.  Work will be
performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed by October
2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract was not competitively procured and was not synopsized as allowed
by FAR 5.202 (a)(3) International Agreement. The Space and Naval Warfare
Systems Command San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity

                                     AIR FORCE



            BAE Systems Technical Services, Ft Walton Beach, Fla., was awarded
on Jan. 3, 2006, a $15,654,926 cost plus award fee, cost reimbursement no fee
contract modification.  The action provides for operation and maintenance at
the Eglin Test and Training complex.  This work will be complete in March
2006.  At this time, no funds have been obligated.  Headquarters Air Armament
Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. , is the contracting activity
(FO8635-97-C-0002/P00078).



            Boeing Company, Newark, OH, was awarded on Jan. 3, 2006, a
$12,099,919 cost plus award fee contract.  The objective of this action is to
provide the purchase of pendulous integrating gyro accelerometer (PIGA) float
repair of one-hundred and sixty eight (168), 16 PIGA float assemblies to the
most current configuration, and 238 AXSYS wheel sets.  At this time
$5,090,498.55 has been obligated.  The Headquarters Ogden Air Logistics Center

                              DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY



            EA Industries, Inc., San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, * is being awarded
a maximum $12,810,846 firm fixed priced contract for Marine Corps battle
dress, desert and woodland camouflage, blouse and trouser sets for Marine
Corps.  Proposals were solicited via the procurement gateway and 8 responded.

$33,866,429 firm-fixed-price contract for the vehicular intercom system.  Work
will be performed in Linthicum, Md., and is expected to be completed by Oct.
31, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on Nov. 7, 2005.  The U.S.
Army Communications-Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J. , is the

            General Dynamics, St. Petersburg, Fla., was awarded on Dec. 29,
2005, a $19,377,606 firm-fixed-price contract for the 60-81-120mm mortar
weapon system.  Work will be performed in St. Petersburg, Fla., and is

            Raytheon Technical Services Company L.L.C., Indianapolis, Ind.,
was awarded on Dec. 29, 2005, a $12,823,300 modification to a firm-fixed-price
contract for hard-to-kill improvised explosive device countermeasure
equipment.  Work will be performed in Indianapolis, Ind., and is expected to
be completed by June 30, 2006.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of

high resolution commercial satellite imagery.  The performance period is Feb.

1, 2006 through Jan. 31, 2007.  At this time, $2,000,000 FY06 O&M funding has

been obligated.  The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, is the

            Space Imaging of Thornton, CO is being awarded a $24,000,000 firm

fixed price contract modification.  This award is within the previously

established $500,000,000 contract ceiling.  The supplies to be procured are

high resolution commercial satellite imagery.  The performance period is Feb.

                                     AIR FORCE







            Booz Allen, Hamilton Incorporated,McClean, Va., is being awarded a

$56,590,302 (estimated) cost plus fixed fee, requirements, research and

development contract modification.  This action is for the operation of the

Survivability/Vulnerability Information Analysis Center (SURVIAC) for a 4-year

option period beginning January 06.  The mission is to perform the functions

of a full service Department of Defense Information Analysis Center as

described in DoD Regulation 3200.12-R-2, "Centers for analysis of scientific

and technical information in the vital technical area of non-nuclear

survivability/vulnerability."  This includes survivability for

aeronautical/ground vehicles/ships/spacecraft, weapons effectiveness, and

Homeland Security/Homeland Defense.  One three-year option on the contract

remains.  The subject contract included a three-year base performance period,

and two options periods, for a total length of 120 months.  This work will be

complete in January 2011.  At this time, no funds have been obligated.

Headquarters 55th Wing (ACC), Offutt Air Force Base, Neb. , is the contracting

activity (SP0700-03-D-1380/P00011).







            Northrop Grumman Information Technology, McLean, Va., is being

awarded a $10,058,484 firm fixed option year 1 - GSA order contract.  This

contract information technology services will support the Technical Training

Management System which provides computer-based tools to help the technical

training organizations located at Goodfellow AFB, TX, Keesler AFB, Miss.,

Lackland AFB, TX, Maxwell AFB, Ala., Randolph AFB, TX, Sheppard AFB, TX, and

Vandenberg AFB, Calif.  This work will be completed in December 2006.  At this

time $5,058,487 has been obligated.  The Headquarters Air Education and

Training Command, Randolph Air Force Base, TX, is the contracting activity

(FA3089-05-F-0040) (GSA Contract GS-35F-4506G).







            FMC Technologies, Jetway Systems Division, Ogden, UT, is being

awarded a $9,034,906 firm fixed price fee contract.  This action provides for

trailer mounted air conditioner.  This effort is for a basic contract period

for two pre-production samples, test data, technical manuals, instructional

media, provisioning data, the best estimated quality is for 140 for

production.  This work will be completed in January 2007.  At this time, no

funds have been obligated.  The Headquarters Warner Robins Air Logistics

Center, Robins Air Force Base, Ga. , is the contracting activity

(FA8533-06-D-0001).







                                        NAVY







            Shaw Remediation Services, LLC, Virginia Beach, Va., is being

awarded $25,000,000 under previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract

(N62470-02-D-3260) to exercise Option 3 for environmental remediation services

at sites ranked on the Superfund National Priority List, Comprehensive

Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act, Resource Conservation

and Recovery Act, underground storage tanks and other sites that might require

remedial action.  The current total estimated contract amount after exercise

of this option will be $100,000,000.  Work will be performed at Department of

Navy and Marine Corps installations and other government agencies under the

Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic area of responsibility

including, but not limited to, the states of Virginia (19 percent); North

Carolina (19 percent); West Virginia (19 percent); Maryland (19 percent);

Washington, D.C. (19 percent) and other locations, as required by the

Government which may also include remote sites (5 percent).  The term of the

contract is from 6 January 2006 - 5 January 2007_._  Contract funds will

expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The basic contract was

competitively procured via the NAVFAC e-solicitation website with seven

proposals received and award made on Jan. 6, 2003.  The potential total

contract amount is not to exceed $125,000,000.  The Naval Facilities

            Northrop Grumman Corp., Air Combat Systems, El Segundo, Calif., is

being awarded a $24,776,756 modification to a previously awarded

firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-06-C-0080) for the procurement of 37

shipsets of center barrel replacement plus hardware in support of the Service

Life Extension Program for the Navy F/A-18A/B/C/D aircraft.  Work will be

performed in El Segundo, Calif. (83 percent); Amityville, N.Y. (12.11

percent); and Ravenswood, W.Va. (4.89 percent), and is expected to be

completed in December 2008.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the

current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River Md., is

the contracting activity.







            Acterna Corp., Germantown, Md., is being awarded an $8,855,000

firm-fixed- price requirements contract to manufacture bit error rate testers

to support the general purpose Electric Test Equipment Weapons System.  Work

            Lockheed Martin, Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is being

awarded a $191,100,000 (not to exceed) firm fixed price contract modification.

  This action provides long lead activities and Performance Based Agile

Logistics Support (PALS) for F-22 Lot 6 aircraft and associated equipment.

This work will be complete in February 2006.  At this time, $95,359,000 has

been obligated.  Negotiations were completed in December 2005.  The

Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base,

Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8611-05-C-2850/P00008).







            Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is being

awarded a $116,500,000 firm fixed price fee contract modification.  This

action provides for F-22 Lot 6 Program Support/Annual Sustaining (PSAS), for

period I through June 2006.  This work will be completed in June 2006.  At

this time, $57,667,500 has been obligated.  Negotiations were completed in

December 2005.  The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson

Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-97-C-0031/P00070).







                                        NAVY







_           _ C&S Services Inc., Waipahu, Hawaii; Marisco, Ltd., Kapolei,

Hawaii; Pacific Shipyard International, LLC, Honolulu, Hawaii; Propulsion

Controls Engineering Hawaii, Aiea, Hawaii; Q.E.D. Systems Inc., Virginia

Beach, Va., are each being awarded a potential maximum of $15,000,000 for

indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts to provide repair,

maintenance, and alteration to U.S. Government waterborne vessels (e.g.,

district craft, living barges, caissons, admiral barges, etc.) and surface

ships (e.g., destroyers, cruisers, aircraft carriers, etc.) visiting or

homeported in the Hawaiian Islands, and procure long lead time material in

support of these activities.  Work will be performed in Honolulu, Hawaii, and

is expected to be completed by January 2011.  Contract funds in the amount of

$10,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The contract was

competitively procured and advertised via the Federal Business Opportunities

Website, with 14 proposals solicited and seven offers received.  The Southwest

Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity

(N55236-06-D-0003, 0004, 0005, 0006, 0007).

                                     AIR FORCE







            Lockheed Martin Corp., Space Systems Co., Sunnyvale, Calif., is

being awarded a $491,207,797 cost-plus-award-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee,

firm-fixed-price contract modification.  This is a modification of the Advance

Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) contract to add satellite vehicle #3 (SV3) as

envisioned and permitted by a clause in the contract.  This action includes

the procurement of SV3 and introduces the option for Launch and Operations

support.  The Launch and Operations Support option is planned to be exercised

beginning in fiscal year 2009 to support a fiscal year 2010 launch.  The

acquisition of SV3 will complete the AEHF program of record.  The AEHF

Satellite Communications System provides secure, survivable communications to

U.S. warfighters during all levels of conflict.  This work is expected to be

completed in May 2011.  At this time $438,783,920 has been obligated.

Negotiations were completed in December 2005.  The Headquarters Space and

Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles, Calif., is the contracting activity

(F04701-02-C-0002/P00156).







            Lockheed Martin Corp., Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a

$48,700,000 cost-plus-award-fee contract modification.  This action provides

for re-baseline for the Spacecraft Integration and Test (SIT) contract for

Defense Meteorological Satellite Program (DMSP) F17, F18, F19, and F20

launches as a result of the Current Launch Schedule Review Board (CLSRB)

direction dated 23 June 2005.  The launch schedule for F17, F19, F19, and F20,

included in Special Contract Requirement (SCR) SMC-H004, will change as a

result of the re-baseline.  The launch dates are revised as follows:  F17, 8

July 2006; F18, 28 March 2008; F19, 28 March 2010; and F20, 28 March 2012.

This work is expected to be completed in December 2012.  At this time, no

funds have been obligated.  Negotiations were completed in January 2006.  The

Headquarters Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base,

Calif., is the contracting activity; Public Affairs POC is Jo Adail

Stephenson, 310-363-1220. (F04701-02-C-0003/P00057).







                                         ARMY







            Parsons Infrastructure & Technology Group, Pasadena, Calif., was

awarded on Jan. 10, 2006, a $196,981,724 modification to a cost-plus-award-fee

contract for continued chemical agent neutralization operations.  Work will be

performed in Newport, Ind., and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2009.

Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There

were 32 bids solicited on March 9, 1998, and two bids were received.  The U.S.

Army Field Support Command, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity

(DAAA09-99-C-0016).







            Hensel Phelps Construction Co. L.L.C., Albuquerque, N.M., was

awarded on Jan. 10, 2006, a $31,038,000 firm-fixed-price contract for

construction of an electromagnetic vulnerability assessment facility.  Work

will be performed at White Sands Missile Range, N.M., and is expected to be

completed by July 3, 2008.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the

current fiscal year.  There were 200 bids solicited on Nov. 8, 2005, and one

bid was received.  The U.S. Army Engineer District, Fort Worth, Texas, is the

contracting activity (W9126G-06-C-0006).







                                        NAVY







            General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, Pittsfield, Mass.,

is being awarded a $56,068,682 modification under previously awarded

cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N00030-05-C-0051) to provide for the FY06

TRIDENT II Fire Control Omnibus Contract, which includes fire control

production, operational support, field engineering services, repair and return

effort, and development. It also includes SSGN Attack Weapons Control Systems

Life Cycle Cost Control and Technology Refresh.  Work will be performed in

Pittsfield, Mass., and is expected to be completed December 2009. Contract

funds in the amount of $14,133,565 will expire at the end of the current

fiscal year.  The Navy's Strategic Systems Programs, Arlington, Va., is the

contracting.







                              DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY







            Columbia Sewing Co., Magnolia, Ark.,* is being awarded a maximum

$7,990,547 firm fixed price contract for battle dress, desert and woodland

camouflage blouse and trouser sets.  Using service is the U.S. Marine Corps.

Proposals were via Procurement Gateway and seven responded.  This is an

indefinite delivery/quantity type contract exercising four one-year options.

Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Date of

completion is April 20, 2007.  The contracting activity is the Defense Supply

Center (DSCP), Philadelphia, Pa. (SP0100-06-D-0362)

                                     AIR FORCE



            Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, Clearfield, Utah, is being
awarded a $14,246,249 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract
modification.  This action provides for restructure of the propulsion system
rocket engine life extension program effort on the ICBM prime integration
contract.  This is due to government testing delays and program budget
shortfalls.  This work will be complete in October 2007.  At this time,
$14,137,522 has been obligated.  Negotiations were complete in December 2005.
The Headquarters Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the
contracting activity; Public Affairs POC is Merrie Schilter-Lowe,
801-777-2284. (F42610-98-C-0001).  Modification number for this requirement
has not yet been assigned.



                                        NAVY



            Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., McLean, Va., was awarded Jan. 12, 2006,
a $13,882,688 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee
contract (N00421-04-C-0058) to exercise an option for the procurement of
technical and engineering support services for Communications-Electronics
Advanced Technologies, supporting the Special Communications Requirements
Division of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River,
Md.  The estimated level of effort for this option is 114,840 man-hours.  Work
will be performed in Lexington Park, Md. (80 percent) and St. Inigoes, Md. (20
percent), and is expected to be completed in January 2007.  Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the fiscal year.  The Naval Air Warfare Center
Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.



                                         ARMY



            Tunista Inc.*, Anchorage, Alaska, was awarded on Jan. 11, 2006, a
$7,931,000 firm-fixed-price contract for 9th Street housing utilities upgrade.
  Work will be performed at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, and is expected to be
completed by Oct. 12, 2006.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the
World Wide Web on Oct. 10, 2005, and four bids were received.  The U.S. Army
Engineer District, Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska, is the contracting
activity (W911KB-06-C-0002).

            Center Industries Inc.*, Wichita, Kan., was awarded on Jan. 11,
2006, a $7,712,600 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for aluminum
magazines for the M16 rifle/M4 carbine.  Work will be performed in Wichita,
Kan., and is expected to be completed by Oct. 31, 2007.  Contract funds will
not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source
contract initiated on Dec. 30, 2005.  The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and
Armaments Command, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity
(DAAE20-02-F-0022).



            Bean Stuyvesant L.L.C., New Orleans, La., was awarded on Jan. 12,
2006, a $5,775,936 firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance dredging.  Work
will be performed in Morehead City, N.C. (52 percent), and Wilmington, N.C.
(48 percent), and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2006.  Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were 22
bids solicited on Oct. 18, 2005, and one bid was received.  The U.S. Army
Corps of Engineers, Wilmington, N.C., is the contracting activity
(W912HN-06-C-0007).



                              DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY



            American Apparel, Inc., Selma, Ala., is being awarded a maximum
$7,855,163 firm fixed price contract for coat, all weather for Navy.  Another
location of performance is Centre, Ala.  Proposals were solicited via the
procurement gateway and five responded.  This is a base year contract
exercising option year 1 of a 4-year option.  Contract funds will expire at
the end of the current fiscal year.  Date of performance completion is January
19, 2007.  The contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia
(DSCP), Philadelphia, Pa. (SP0100-04-D-0456)

awarded a $225,239,806 cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-award-fee contract

modification.  This action provides for the intercontinental ballistic missile

propulsion replacement program, Full Rate Production (FRP) options FRP5, FRP6,

and FRP7, restructure modification for two-hundred and twelve (212) stage 1, 2

and 3 motors, production quality assurance, ordnance production and contractor

cost data reports.  This work will be complete in March 2008.  At this time,

total funds have been obligated.  Negotiations were complete in May 2005.  The

Headquarters 528th ICBM Systems Wing, Hill Air Force Base, UT, is the

contracting activity.  (F42610-98-C-0001).  A modification number for this

requirement has not been assigned.

$70,000,000 under previously awarded contract (N00033-82-C-1030) to exercise

an option to purchase maritime prepositioning ship PFC Dewayne T. Williams

the Military Sealift Command since 1985 and prepositions Marine Corps cargo at

sea around the world, making it readily available to warfighters who are flown

into a theatre of operations.  The ship transfers to government ownership on

Jan. 17, 2006, and will continue to operate worldwide.  Contract funds will

not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Military Sealift Command,

Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

awarded contract (N00024-98-D-5202) for replacement or repair of spares that

comprise the AN-UYQ-79 advanced display system.  This delivery order combines

purchases for the Navy (95.73 percent) and the governments of Australia (2.3

percent); Spain (.88 percent); Egypt (.32 percent); Japan (.29 percent);

Taiwan (.28 percent); and Korea (.2 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales

Program.  Work will be performed in Eagan, Minn., and the expected completion

date is July 2006.  Contract funds will not expire before the end of the

current fiscal year. The Naval Inventory Control Point is the contracting

activity.

and UH-60M Blackhawk Helicopters.  Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn.,
and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007.  Contract funds will not

2006, a $17,847,284 firm-fixed-price contract for Rotor Hub Assemblies for the
UH-60 Utility Blackhawk Helicopters.  Work will be performed in Stratford,
Conn., and is expected to be completed by Jan. 31, 2008.  Contract funds will
not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were two bids
solicited on March 25, 2005, and two bids were received.  The U.S. Army
Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting
activity (W58RGZ-06-C-0069).





            EOD Technology Inc., Lenoir City, Tenn., was awarded on Jan. 13,
2006, a $5,458,522 firm-fixed-price contract for Internal Security Operations.
  Work will be performed at Victory Base Complex, Iraq, and is expected to be
completed by Aug. 27, 2006.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the
World Wide Web on Nov. 20, 2005, and seven bids were received.  The Joint
Contracting Command, Iraq, is the contracting activity (W91GER-06-C-0001).



                              DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY



            La Forgia Fuel Oil, Co. Inc., Brooklyn, N.Y., is being awarded a
minimum $22,100,791 fixed price with economic price adjustment for ground
fuels.  The using services are Army and federal civilian agencies.  Other
locations of performance are Bronx, Manhattan, and Jamaica, N.Y.  There were
225 proposals solicited and 45 responded.  Contract funds will expire at the
end of the current fiscal year.  Date of performance completion is Dec. 31,
2010.  The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center, Fort
Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-06-D-8527)



            Ashland Distribution Co., Dublin, Ohio is being awarded a minimum
$14,436,446 fixed price with economic price adjustment for fuel system icing
inhibitor.  The using service is the Defense Energy Support Center (DESC).
Other locations of performance are Baltimore, Md., Birmingham, Ala., Chandler,
Ariz., Fairfield, Calif., Long Beach, Calif., Houston, Texas, Willow Springs,
Ill., and Portland, Ore.  Proposals were solicited on Fed Biz Ops and two
responded.  Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
Date of performance completion is January 2007.  The contracting activity is
the Defense Energy Support Center, Bulk Fuels Contracting, Fort Belvoir, Va.
(SP0600-06-D-8527)





_MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY_



            Raytheon Missile Systems, Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a
cost-only contract modification for the procurement of long lead material to
build special tooling and test equipment for Standard Missile-3 (SM-3) Block
IA Missiles for the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense program.  The total
estimated value of the contract is $21,657,073.  The work will be performed in
Tucson, Ariz. and Camden, Ark. and is expected to be complete by April 2006.
None of the funds will expire at the end of the fiscal year.  This contract
was not competitively awarded.  The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington,
D.C. is the contracting activity (N00024-03-C-6111).
