                                        NAVY
            Raytheon Missile Systems Co., Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $29,303,379 firm-fixed priced delivery order against a previously awarded indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. This order provides for the full recertification of 150 All-Up-Round (AUR) Tomahawk Missiles, Pre/Post Flight Operational Test Launch Support, Systems Engineering Integration Agent support and fixed support for Encanisterization/Decanisterization of MK-14 AUR Missiles.  Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz. (80 percent) and Camden, Ark. (20 percent), and is expected to be completed in April 2007.  Contract funds in the amount of $29,303,379 will expire at the end of the fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity (N00019-06-D-0001).
             Long Wave Inc., Dallas Texas, is being awarded a $7,382,464 Cost-Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Completion Service Type contract for engineering and technical services in support of military communications.  This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $38,994,768.  Work will be performed in Oklahoma City, Okla. (55 percent); Dallas, Texas (10 percent); Vienna, Va. (10 percent); and Poway, Calif. (25 percent), and is expected to be completed by December 2010.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a 100% Competitive HUBZONE Set-Aside. This contract was competitively procured with 19 proposals solicited and one offer received.  The Naval Surface Warface Center Indian Head Division, Indian Head, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N00174-06-D-0001).
