                                      CONTRACTS

                                     AIR FORCE

            Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a
$2,990,847,557 firm fixed price contract modification to definitize the F/A-22 lot
five production acquisition for 24 aircraft.  The location of performance is
Lockheed Martin Corporation, Marietta, Ga.  At this time, $1,980,504,174 has been
obligated.  This work will be complete November 2007.  Solicitations began July
2004 and negotiations were complete November 2005.  The Headquarters Aeronautical
Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting

            Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a
$160,043,652 firm fixed price/ cost-plus fixed fee contract modification to
definitize the undefinitized action for CY05 production support/ annual sustainment
activity.  This effort supports the F/A-22 lot five production aircraft.  The
location of performance is Lockheed Martin Corporation, Marietta, Ga.  At this
time, $87,843,652 has been obligated.  This work will be complete by December
2005.  Solicitations began July 2004 and negotiations were complete November 2005.
The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base,
Ohio, is the contracting activity.  (F33657-97-C-0031).  For more information,

            L3 Communications, Salt Lake City, Utah, is being awarded a $12,200,000
firm fixed price contract for airborne information transmission for the F-16
theater airborne reconnaissance system production to purchase seven airborne
terminal equipment, three surface terminal equipment to include transit cases,
three retrofit kits, one test stand, technical data, training, joint
interoperability test command testing, and flight test support with an option to
purchase system/depot spares.  Total funds have been obligated.  This work will be
complete June 2007.  Solicitations began July 2005 and negotiations were complete
October 2005.  The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air
Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.  (FA8620-05-G-4304).

                                         ARMY

_           _ Hensel Phelps Construction Co., Chantilly, Va., was awarded on Nov.
7, 2005, an $182,925,786 modification to a fixed-price-incentive with award-fee
contract for wedge four design and construction.  Work will be performed in
Arlington, Va., and is expected to be completed by Sept. 27, 2009.  Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source
contract initiated on Jan. 19, 2001.  The Pentagon Renovation and Construction
Program Office, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (MDA947-01-C-2001).

            H. Koch & Sons Co., Anaheim, Calif., was awarded on Nov. 4, 2005, a
$20,242,040 firm-fixed-price contract for the improved high mobility multipurpose
wheeled vehicle restraint systems.  Work will be performed in Anaheim, Calif., and
is expected to be completed by Nov. 4, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole-source contract initiated on Oct.
24, 2005.  The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the
contracting activity (W56HZV-06-C-0052).

            Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., was awarded on Nov. 7, 2005,
a $9,716,080 firm-fixed-price contract for overhaul and upgrade of the UH-60 CAT IV
main rotor blades.  Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to
be completed by Dec. 30, 2010.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on May 5, 2005.
The Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting
activity (W58RGZ-05-D-0555).

            M.A. Mortensen Co., Minneapolis, Minn., was awarded on Nov. 4, 2005, a
$9,665,240 firm-fixed-price contract for renovation of barracks buildings.  Work
will be performed at Fort Riley, Kan., and is expected to be completed by Oct. 19,
2006.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There
were an unknown number of bids solicited via the World Wide Web on Sept. 15, 2005,
and two bids were received.  The Army Engineer District, Kansas City, Mo., is the
contracting activity (W912DQ-05-D-0015).

            BBNT Solutions L.L.C., Cambridge, Mass., was awarded on Nov. 7, 2005, a
$9,535,345 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the autonomous global integrated
language exploitation research effort.  Work will be performed in Cambridge, Mass.,
and is expected to be completed by Oct. 31, 2010.  Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids
solicited via the World Wide Web on March 18, 2005, and 21 bids were received.  The
Defense Advanced Research Project Agency, Arlington, Va., is the contracting
activity (HR0011-06-C-0022).

            Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., was awarded on Nov. 7, 2005,
a $5,385,840 firm-fixed-price contract for overhaul of UH-60 "L" transmissions.
Work will be performed in Shelton, Conn., and is expected to be completed by Dec.
30, 2010.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This was a sole source contract initiated on May 5, 2005.  The Army Aviation and
Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity
(W58RGZ-05-D-0555).

                                        NAVY

             Kellogg Brown & Root Services, Arlington, Va., was awarded on Nov. 4,
2005, a $15,000,000 modification to task order 0023 under a cost reimbursement,
indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity emergency construction capabilities
contract (N62470-04-D-4017) for disaster recovery efforts in response to the
immediate aftermath of Hurricane Wilma for recovery activities and repair to the
family housing units and continued hurricane relief efforts in South Florida and
the Key West Florida region.  Award of this modification brings the total task
order amount to $19,500,000.  Work will be performed in the South Florida and the
Key West Florida region, and is expected to be completed by January 2006.  Contract
funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The basic contract was
competitively procured with 59 proposals solicited, three offers received and award
made on July 26, 2004._ _ The total contract amount is not to exceed $500,000,000,
which includes the base period and four option years.  The Naval Facilities
Engineering Command, Atlantic, Norfolk, Va., is the contracting activity.
