                                        NAVY



         L3 Communications, Link Simulation and Training, Arlington, Texas, is

being awarded a $33,419,252 modification to a previously awarded

fixed-price-incentive-fee contract (N61339-00-C-0002) to exercise an option for

Lots 12, 13, 14, and 15 of the Aviation Combined Arms Tactical Trainer (AVCATT).

AVCATT is a group of fully interactive, networked, reconfigurable aviation manned

simulators.  The system will permit Army aviation units to conduct collective task

training on a real-time, computerized battlefield in a combined arms scenario.

Work will be performed in Arlington, Texas, and is expected to be completed in May

2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Fla., is the

contracting activity.



            Sverdrup Technology Inc., Tullahoma, Tenn., is being awarded a

$13,629,573 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract

for technical, engineering and management support services for the Naval Air

Warfare Center Weapons Division.  Work will be performed in China Lake, Calif. (66

percent) and Point Mugu, Calif. (34 percent), and is expected to be completed in

December 2006.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal

year.  This contract was competitively procured by electronic request for proposal

with three offers received.  The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China

Lake, Calif., is the contracting activity (N68936-06-D-0001).



            Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Sperry Marine, Charlottesville, Va., is

being awarded an estimated $10,697,315 firm-fixed-price letter contract for Ring

Laser Gyro Navigators (RLGNs) and Ring Laser Gyrocompasses (RLG).  The RLGN is the

current generation of inertial navigation systems, and the RLG is the current

generation of gyrocompasses on board ship and submarines.  This contract combines

purchases for the U.S. Navy (50 percent) and the Governments of Japan (25 percent)

and Australia (25 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program.  Work will be

performed in Charlottesville, Va., and is expected to be completed by March 2007.

Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The contract

was not competitively procured.  The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C.,

is the contracting activity (N00024-06-C-4001).



            The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a not-to-exceed

$5,500,000 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract

(N00019-05-C-0045) to provide persistent Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance

(ISR) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) services for the Afloat Forward Staging Base

USS Oak Hill (LSD 51) in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and the Global War on

Terror.  Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., and is expected to be completed

in May 2006.  Contract funds in the amount of $2,750,000 will expire at the end of

the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is

the contracting activity.



            Sealift Inc., Oyster Bay, N.Y., is being awarded a $5,495,500

firm-fixed-price contract with additional reimbursables for the time charter of one

U.S. tanker to support military re-supply requirements.   Work will be performed in

the Japan/Korea area, and is expected to be completed by September 2006.  Contract

funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was

competitively procured with more than 50 proposals solicited and two offers

received.  The U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command, Washington, D.C., is the

contracting activity (N00033-06-C-5405).



                              DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY



            Campina Melkunie B.V. / Melkexport Stcrovita, The Netherlands, is being

awarded a maximum $6,842,010 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract

for fresh milk and milk products for the Army and Air Force.  There were five

proposals solicited and three responded.  Contract funds will expire at the end of

the current fiscal year.  The date of completion is December 2006.  The contracting

activity is Defense Supply Center Philadelphia-European Region, Mainz-Kastel,
