Pre neki dan slusao sam nekog tipa valjda prvaka Srbije u bodybuilding-u koji je pricao izmedju ostalog o l-karnitinu. Znaci radi se o nekom preparatu koji je navodno izuzetno efikasan u lisavanju masti. Licno imam veliki otpor prema svim mogucim preparatima, tipa proteinda, anabolika i tome slicnog. Ovo medjutim deluje bar po njegoovj prici dosta efikasno i dosta bezazleno. Da li znate nesto to tome, kako deluje na sta deluje, koliko kosta, gde se moze kupiti, da li je neko koristio?

L-carnitine is very similar to the nonessential amino acid carnitine. It performs some of the same functions, such as helping metabolize food into energy.

Moreover, some experts have shown it increases endurance and helps regulating heart arrhythmia.


3. Who needs it and what are some symptoms of deficiency?

Anyone deficient in protein or amino acids in their diet could benefit from L-carnitine supplementation. Pre-mature infants, vegan vegetarians, children, and breast-feeding women are likely to be deficient, in addition to those on hemodialysis, and burn or injury victims.

Although deficiencies are rare, muscle fatigue, cramps, or pre-mature aging are all signs of possible deficiency. A person may also be L-carnitine deficient if their kidneys seem to not function properly after exercise. Other symptoms of possible deficiency are heart irregularities after a heart attack or angina.

4. How much should be taken? Are there any side effects?

Between two and four grams of L-carnitine should be taken one hour before exercise, for two weeks.

Taking L-carnitine is very safe, although the DL form of carnitine may be toxic and is not recommended.

Sagorevaci masti, ma sta ti ko rekao, nisu zdravi.
Deluje to sve lepo, ali da je to zaista istinito sta mislis koliko bi miliona ljudi to koristilo svakodnevno?
Jedan moj poznanik je dosta dugo aktivno isao u teretanu i sve je bilo lepo i islo mu je ok ali je imao uvek 5-6 kg viska.. i dopizdi mu i krene da koristi fat burnere.. raspita se sta je stetno sta nije... kao oni sa efedrnima jesu ali karnitin nije.. evo pije kardioselektivne beta blokatore , ne sme da podigne nista teze od kasike i izgubio je za msec dana ono na cemu je pola godine radio.

Regulisi ishranu. Idi kod nutricioniste nek ti prepise sta i kako treba da jedes i imaces sta ti treba.
