It can be hooked on Port 3 (With a VGA female cable -> SUBD9P) or Port 5 (with a VGA female -> 5xBNC cable)
- HDfury is compatible with the 3 tubes projectors from NEC (All models) with a VGA female -> 5xBNC cable
- HDfury is compatible with the "Matrix" Projector (not HDCP) such as LCD, DLP, SXRD, D-ILA through VGA 15pins

What is HDfury ?
HDfury is a tiny external addon card/adapter that you can hook up on any RGB display through its SUB-D HD15 Female Input.
Once screwed, it becomes a "part of the display" itself and will permanently perform an outstanding HDCP modification. Therefor, you can connect any HDMI source in Full HD 1080p to your now "enhanced" display hooked up with HDfury module !

Why do i need HD(720p) or Full HD(1080p) ?
Well, you don't need it. But you may want it !
HD-DVD players, Blu-Ray players, HDMI graphic card, PS3, all of them are able to unleash their true potential (720p/1080p mode) only through HDMI output.
If you want a valid ticket for the Full HD world you either need a compatible display(with HDMI input) or a solution for your existing display.

Why do i need a HDCP compliant display ?
HDMI is a new standard that comes with hardware protection called HDCP.
If your display don't have a HDMI input you won't be able to display 720p/1080p signal on it (from HDMI sources)
Prior to exchange Data Video, HDMI source is exchanging keys with HDMI display.
Both have a special HDCP chip embedded. If your display doesn't have it, even if it's technically able to display 720p or 1080p signal, it will display a BLACK SCREEN.
On Playstation3, 1080p mode is only available through HDMI output !

What can i do if my display is not HDCP compliant ?
You can buy a new display with HDMI input or use a HDCP stripper/converter box
They will extend video link to a "man-in-the-middle" device which will remove HDCP protection and output Analog RGB
Some issues with those HDCP stripper/converter box are the following:
- They need extra wires, such as Power Supply, extra analog cable.
- Most of the time, switchs or settings need to be tweaked.
- Quality is limited and restricted because of longer analog link (need of VGA analog cable)
- They are not compliant to HDCP rules as they allow easy acces to decrypted analog video.

What are the advantages of using HDfury ?

... ovu stvarcicu sam narucio i ocekujem da mi stigne ... kazu isporuka 6 dana od uplate ... to bi trebalo da bude sutra ... ali sumnjam da ce stici jer im je bozic ...
.. elem .. posto imam hdmi izlaz na kompu ... a lcd 22" monitor ima samo vga ulaz ... reko bas da probam da li cu uspeti da ga povezem na hdmi izlaz ...
... e sad ... mozda sam uzalud bacio pare ... al bas me interesuje da li cu nesto postici i da li ce slika biti bolja ... kada dobijem stvarcicu ... javljam vam rezultate ...

... elem .. prvo da kazem da je isporuka kasnila dosta .. dal zbog praznika ili cega .. ko ce ga znati ... 
.. plus ovi nasi otvaraju posiljke pa nisam dobio neki kablic koji sam narucio ... ali nije vazno .. kakva drzava taki ljudi .. to je tema za neki drugi deo foruma ..
.. elem ta spravcica radi super .. stvarno se dobija 1080p na njenom izlazu ... i slika je ostra ..
.. ali .. uvek ima neko ali .. na mom monitoru od lg222ws 22" slika ne moze da stane .. slika je oko 10% veca od monitora ...najverovatnije zato jer je odnos 16:10, a hdmi signal je 16:9 ...  moze da se nabudzi preko kontrol panela graficke kartice, al onda gubi na ostrini ..
.. malo sam citao na nekim forumima i kazu da neki sonijevi i delovi monitori od 22" podrzavaju 1080p i ako nisu predvidjeni da rade na toj rezoluciji ..

... posto imam lcd tv ... koji ima i hdmi ulaz, ali je hd redy .. znaci Rezolucija: 1366 x 768 .. i kada prikljucim komp regularno na hdmi ulaz samo na toj rezoluciji je slika "kristal" ...
.. takodje imam i klasicni vga konektor i kada prikljucim sa kompa hdmi preko hdfury na taj vga konektor .. dobijem pun hd 1080 (1920 x1080) ... slika odlicna .. malo se greje gpu, al nije toliko strasno .. nekih 5C vise ..
.. neki zakljucak ... ovo moze da koristi samo vlasnicima SPS3 koji bi da igraju igrice u full hd, a nemaju adekvatan lcd panel ...
