                                         ARMY



            Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., was awarded on Nov. 30,

2005, a $69,406,253 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for Black Hawk

Helicopters Unique Configuration.  Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and

is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at

the end of the current fiscal year.   This was a sole source contract initiated on

Sept. 29, 2000.  The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal,

Ala., is the contracting activity (DAAH23-02-C-0006).



            Chugach Industries Inc.*, Anchorage, Alaska, was awarded on Dec. 1,

2005, a $35,809,475 firm-fixed-price contract for Construction of a Battalion Team

Complex-Modularity Temporary Facilities.  Work will be performed at Ft. Stewart,

Ga., and is expected to be completed by April 6, 2006.  Contract funds will not

expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract

initiated on Oct. 7, 2005.  The U.S. Army Engineer District, Savannah, Ga., is the

contracting activity (W912HN-06-C-0006).



            VATECH Transmission and Distribution SA, Grenoble, France, was awarded

on Nov. 30, 2005, a $13,835,375 firm-fixed-price contract for Electrical Equipment

for the New Umm Qasr 132/133/11kV GIS Substation.  Work will be performed Umm Qasr,

Iraq, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 24, 2007.  Contract funds will not

expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  There were an unknown number of bids

solicited via the World Wide Web on June 28, 2005, and eight bids were received.

The Joint Contracting Command, Baghdad, Iraq, is the contracting activity

(W91GXY-06-C-0037).



            UNICOR Federal Prisons Industries Inc., Washington, D.C., was awarded

on Nov. 30, 2005, a $13,108,936 firm-fixed-price contract for Various Single

Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System Spares.  Work will be performed in

Loretto, Pa. (14.79 percent), Memphis, Tenn. (12.16 percent), Lexington, Ky. (23.63

percent), Danbury, Conn. (6.85 percent), Lompoc, Calif. (.34 percent), Phoenix,

Ariz. (23.45 percent), and Otisville, N.Y. (18.79 percent), and is expected to be

completed by Nov. 28, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the

current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on Aug. 30, 2005.

The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is the

contracting activity (W15P7T-06-F-0008).



            Alloy Surfaces Company Inc.*, Chester Township, Pa., was awarded on

Nov. 23, 2005, a delivery order amount of $12,115,930 as part of a $53,143,534

firm-fixed-price contract for M211 Infrared Countermeasure Flares.  Work will be

performed in Chester Township, Pa., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 29,

2006.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This

was a sole source contract initiated on March 29, 2004.  The U.S. Army

Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Picatinny Arsenal, N.J., is the contracting

activity (W15QKN-04-D-1002).



            Cummins Inc., Columbus, Ind., was awarded on Nov. 29, 2005, a delivery

order amount of $8,186,000 as part of a $39,249,578 firm-fixed-price contract for

the Remanufactured Cummins Series V903 Diesel Engines and Technical, Engineering,

and Other Related Services.  Work will be performed in Seymour, Ind. (92 percent),

and Columbus, Ind. (8 percent), and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2010.

Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This was a

sole source contract initiated on Nov. 24, 2004.  The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and

Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-04-D-0145).



                                     AIR FORCE



            Lockheed Martin Corp., Owego, N.Y., is being awarded a $28,062,803

firm-fixed price contract modification to provide for B-52 Avionics Midlife

Improvement Program.  At this time, $7,532,920 has been obligated.  This work will

be complete by July 2008.  The Headquarters Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center,

Tinker Air Force Base, Okla. is the contracting activity (FA8107-04-C-0010/P00007).



            Veridian Systems Division, Arlington, Va., is being awarded a

$7,463,370 cost-plus award fee contract modification to provide an exercise of

option period five for Distributed Common Ground Support integration Support.

Total funds have been obligated.  This work will be complete by December 2006.  The

Headquarters Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the

contracting activity (F19628-01-C-0047/P00051).



            McDonnell Douglas Corporation, Long Beach Calif., is being awarded a

$5,556,071 firm fixed price contract modification to provide for CY06 Global Reach

Improvement Program (GRIP) follow-on projects.  Projects include Troop Seats,

Station Keeping, Defensive Systems and Terrain.  Total funds have been obligated.

Negotiations were completed October 2005.  The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems

Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity

(FA8614-04-C-2004/P00084).



                                        NAVY



            Northrop Grumman Information Technology Inc., McLean, Va., is being

awarded a $25,647,316 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, fixed-priced,

performance-based contract for an Enterprise turnkey solution establishing the Navy

Emergency Response Management Systems (NERMS).  The contractor will provide all

labor and material for design, implementation, performance and maintenance to

support Navy police, firefighters, and EMS at Navy shore locations continental U.S.

Work will be performed in Key West, Fla. (6 percent); Panama City, Fla. (6

percent); Orlando, Fla. (6 percent), Pensacola, Fla. (6 percent); Jacksonville,

Fla. (6 percent); Mayport, Fla. (6 percent); Whiting Field, Fla. (5 percent); San

Diego, Calif. (5 percent);             Monterey, Calif. (4 percent); China Lake,

Calif. (4 percent); San Clemente. Calif. (4 percent); El Centro, Calif. (4

percent); Seal Beach, Calif. (4 percent); Fallbrook, Calif. (4 percent); Port

Hueneme, Calif. (4 percent); Lemoore, Calif. (4 percent); Concord, Calif. (4

percent); Cudjoe Key, Fla. (3 percent); Corona, Calif. (2 percent), Point Mugu,

Calif. (2 percent); Fallon, Nev. (1 percent); Kings Bay, Ga. (1 percent); Athens,

Ga. (1 percent); Atlanta. Ga. (1 percent); Meridian, Miss. (1 percent); Gulfport,

Miss. (1 percent); Pascagoula, Miss. (1 percent); Charleston, S.C. (1 percent);

Beaufort, S.C. (1 percent); Millington, Tenn. (1 percent) and Memphis, Tenn. (1

percent), and is expected to be completed by December 2007*.*  Contract funds will

not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively

procured under full and open competition.  The Request for Proposal was posted on

the Federal Business Opportunities website, and the SPAWAR e-Commerce Central

website and seven offers were received.  The Space and Naval Warfare Systems

Center, Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity (N65236-06-D-7173).



            Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Marietta, Ga.,

is being awarded a $10,108,886 estimated value

indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for engineering and logistics

services in support of S-3B aircraft.  Services to be provided include inspection

and maintenance of up to 23 S-3B.  Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Fla.,

and is expected to be completed in September 2006.  Contract funds in the amount of

$10,108,886 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was

not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is

the contracting activity (N00019-06-D-0002).



                              DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY



            The Merchants Co.*, Hattiesburg, Miss., is being awarded a maximum

$12,200,000, firm fixed price contract for full line food distribution for the

Mississippi and Louisana area.  Using services are the Army, Navy, Air Force, and

federal civilian agencies.  Additional location of performance include Jackson,

Miss.  This is an indefinite delivery type contract, exercising year four of a

four-year option period.  There were 30 proposals solicited and five responded.

Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Performance

completion date is Dec. 23, 2006.  The contracting activity is the Defense Supply

Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa. (SPM300-06-D-3018).
