                                     CONTRACTS

                                    AIR FORCE

           Northrop Grumman Corp., Melbourne, Fla., is being awarded a
$532,000,000 cost reimbursement fixed price contract to procure improvements, which
will increase the performance capability, reliability and maintainability of the
Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System aircraft.  This effort will include:
engineering services tasks may be requested for analyses, studies, systems
engineering, planning, prototyping, qualifications/test, training, and flight test
infrastructure for proposed upgrades and improvements; systems engineering, design,
development, manufacturing, installation, test and demonstrations, production and
retrofit, engineering change proposals, documentation, time compliance technical
orders, logistics support and sustainment, simulation of solution.  Initial
operator training, and other improvement effort; some of the projected efforts
would be focused on communications, navigation, surveillance, air traffic
management, mobile target tracking, joint tactical radio systems, advanced radar
systems, and capability for airborne networking.  The Air Force can issue tasks
order totaling up to the maximum amount indicated above, although actual
requirements may necessitate less than the amount above.  This work will be
complete in December 2011.  At this time, no funds have been obligated.
Solicitations began in August 2005 with one proposal received.  The Headquarters
Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting

                                        ARMY

           BAE Systems Land and Armaments L.P., York, Pa., was awarded on Nov. 17,
2005, a $57,969,490 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for refurbishment
of M109A5 Self-Propelled Howitzers.  Work will be performed in York, Pa. (90
percent), Lemont Furnace, Pa. (9 percent), and Aiken, S.C. (1 percent), and is
expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007.  Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year.  This was a sole source contract initiated on Aug.
14, 2002.  The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Rock Island, Ill., is
the contracting activity (DAAE20-02-C-0134).

                                       NAVY

           The Boeing Co., Seattle, Wash., is being awarded a $23,988,461
modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee contract
(N00019-04-C-3146) for development of unmanned aerial vehicle control software,
classification aids software and CAD models for the multi-mission maritime
aircraft.  Work will be performed in Seattle, Wash., and is expected to be
completed in September 2011.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River Md., is the
contracting activity.

        Honeywell Defense & Space Electronics Systems, Teterboro, N.J., is being
awarded a $12,212,651 firm-fixed-priced contract for 59 Inertial Test Reference
System production units to be used to test precision inertial subsystems weapon
replaceable assemblies and shop replaceable assemblies.  Work will be performed at
Teterboro, N.J. (58 percent); Coon Rapids, Minn. (40 percent); and Medford, N.Y.(2
percent), and is expected to be completed in April 2007.  Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was not competitively
procured.  The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, N.J., is the
contracting activity (N68335-06-C-0056).

                             DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

           Bomnflot Atlantic, LLC*, Norfolk, Va., is being awarded a maximum
$18,469,854 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for the delivery of
fuel oil burner #4 and fuel oil burner #5.  Using service is the Navy.  Proposals
were web-solicited and 43 responded.  This is a five-year contract.  Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Performance completion date
is July 31, 2010.  The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center,
Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-05-D-4052).
