                                        NAVY

            ITT Industries, Gilfillan Division, Van Nuys, Calif., is being awarded

a $31,474,665 firm-fixed-price/cost-plus-fixed-fee definitization modification to

previously awarded contract (N00024-05-C-4304) for the upgrade and refurbishment of

seven AN/SPS-48E Radar Systems, engineering and maintenance support services, field

change kits, technical manual updates, provisioning technical documentation, and

data for LPD 22/23.  Work will be performed in Van Nuys, Calif., and is expected to

be completed in November 2009.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the

current fiscal year.  The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the

contracting activity (N00024-05-C-4304).



            Anritsu Co., Morgan Hill, Calif., is being awarded a $6,039,528

firm-fixed-price contract to manufacture 100 Vector Network Analyzers over a

five-year term to support the General Purpose Electronic Test Equipment Weapons

System.  Work will be performed in Morgan Hill, Calif., and is expected to be

completed December 2010.  Contract funds will not expire before the end of the

current fiscal year.   This contract was competitively procured, with 11 proposals

solicited and two offers received.  The Naval Inventory Control Point,

Mechanicsburg, Pa., is the contracting activity (N00104-06-D-X400).



                              DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY



            Campbellsville Apparel Co., LLC*, Campbellsville, Ky., is being awarded

a maximum $10,259,400, fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for

men's crewneck undershirts.  Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine

Corps.  Other location of performance include **Turner Industries, II, Ltd.,

Bowling Green, Ky.  There were 82 proposals solicited and 15 responded.  This

contract is exercising option year four.  Contract funds will expire at the end of

the current fiscal year. Performance completion date is Feb. 2, 2008.  The

contracting activity is the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa.

_           _ Pro Petroleum*, Laguna Hills, Calif., is being awarded a minimum

$5,797,094, fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for Biodiesel B20.

Using service are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Federal Civilian

Agencies.  Other locations of performance include various locations throughout

Arizona, California and Nevada.  There were 12 proposals solicited and 18

responded.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

Performance completion date is March 31, 2007.  The contracting activity is the

Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va.  (SP0600-05-D-4535)
